I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I call for delivery and I am told it will take an hour so I go and pick it up. This is the steak sandwich I got !! Its a bread sandwich. I know times are tough but so is it for me ! Totally unacceptable
I've been coming to this place for years!!! We used to walk home from schor and grab a slice and it's just as good now as it was back then! Currently live in TX an this was one of my first stops smh no better place in town for a slice of pizza, There's no debate!!!!!!!!
The pizza wasn't bad. It's the typical kind the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State area has had as a standard for many decades. They didn't have many slice types for sale when I went in, but did have a couple of pepperoni slices, a buffalo wing slice, a few others and a Sicilian slice
Fratelli's has lost a long time/faithful customer. Last time we ordered from them, we were not sent our order (which we payed delivery for) correctly. The pizza came cool, it was soggy, somewhat tasty. It was called there special pizza. I would not re order that pizza again. I have liked other pizza from Fratelli's. I probably would only pick it up myself it took over an hour about 70 min and it was cool when it arrived.
ordered a large pie. pinapple, onion, jalapeno, black olives, and lite bbq sauce. and a chicken alfredo dish. total came out to $42 before tip.
the prices on their website show $15 for the chicken dish, and $17 for specialty pizzas.

Extremely rude and the pizza was bland and dry. You'd think it would be fresh since it's was around 11 when I went in but it wasn't. Won't be returning or recommending to friends. Also no dine in which was ridiculous considering the fact that it was snowing.
Food is excellent but I request they don't ring the bell as my old dog gets hysterical-- and they ring it twice. ONE time they did not. And I'm at the point of no longer giving tips (I put BIG tips in the online system so they will pay attention) ... or just going to their biggest competition.
