If you want the meat, this is where you have to eat!! Ribs and brisket and pulled pork and more!!! Their meats are smoked to perfection. Their brisket is my personal favorite, juicy and smoky and absolutely delicious. Put the meat on a bun or a taco for a hand held version. Their home made condiments from dressing to salsas and, of course, their sauces, all provide an exquisite flavor combination that makes your taste buds dance! Don't pass on the sides, perfectly cooked and seasoned french fries, hearty mac and cheese smokey sweet corn and all the others certainly complete the meal to fill the belly. The atmosphere is chill, sit at the street side bar and watch the passersby, enjoy a few beers and the game on one of their flat screen TVs or take it to go and enjoy it at the beach or your hotel. The crew are all super nice and on it. The Manager, Jay, is really down to earth and knowledgeable about his BBQ, really nice guy. My Wife opts for the salad version of the plate meal when she doesn't want any bread or extras. My 2 Daughters gobble up their mac and cheese and tacos and I have a hard time not ordering each kind of meat every time! Highly recommend this place, great people and great grub!

DELICIOUS! I got the pulled pork and it was super tender and juicy. My husband got the ribs and brisket, both were cooked just right. The beans I got were a little too spicy, but the potatoe salad was some of the best I've ever had. Would definitely recommend!!

This place is bomb dot com. Deeply flavored brisket and spareribs. Mac n cheese not so great but the Mexican street corn was on point. Looking forward to trying links and potato salad and beans next visit. Friendly service. $18 for two meat platter with two sides. Fed two not very hungry adults but next time I’ll come hungry and attempt THREE meats solo. Don’t @ me.

7-7-21: Stopped by for a snack and tried the brisket sandwich with beans and coleslaw. Brisket had great flavor with the right amount of fattiness. Beans had a creamy texture with bits of meat (seemed like pork). Coleslaw was excellent too. Service was very friendly. I think I spoke to the owner who recommended the brisket and he was right 👍. Very nice and personable man. Would definitely come back again.

Just ate here tonight! I wanted to sample as many meats as possible so I did the three meats - the brisket, pulled pork and smoked turkey were the best. The sides (BBQ beans and coleslaw) were good.

The food hits you as soon as you walk in, the freshly slow cooked meats and the atmosphere is inviting. I had the pulled pork sandwich, it was delicious and I could taste the slow cooking they put into it. The French fries and coleslaw to compliment taste great. The fries are soft and seasoned. I would recommend this place for great meat eats. 😁

This place is cool and does not disappoint! I ordered the fatty brisket tacos and an order of the smoked Mexican style corn. Both items were delicious! Service was fast and great!

Showed up on Superbowl Sunday in the morning. There was only 1 other family in front of us ordering a party platter. We got the first cut off a freshly smoked brisket and a few links of sausage. About a pound of each. We added some pickles and onions from a side stand and proceeded to sit and enjoy of our meaty goodness. The brisket was wonderful. Very juicy, tender and seasoned excellently! The sausages were smoky, hot and delicious. Between the 3 of us there was nothing left when we walked out. The staff was extremely friendly with the manager (owner?) Coming over to check on us and the other patrons to make sure everything was ok! The restaurant itself was very hip with the popular roll up garage type doors to really open the place up to the outside. Feb and 80 degrees outside went wonderfully with this layout. We love visiting Pismo and will be back to both the beach and this establishment when we come back!

Nestled in the heart of Downtown Pismo Beach, this is a nice change of pace from the traditional fish and chips to be expected in this coastal town. The menu was very extensive. I ordered the three meat platter and the brisket by far was my favorite. Each table has some of their signature sauce and spicy sauce. As someone who isn't a huge fan of spicy, thier spicy sauce was by THE BEST paring with the brisket and ribs. With fries, Mac and cheese and more from their sides menu, this is a great place to bring the family The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are sizable and everything was restocked. The biggest issue is parking. Especially during Pismo's busy tourist season, traffic and parking can be a nightmare. Take time to park far a way and enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. This place is nestled in the center of everything so it's not a far walk at all.

Been here a few times now and the staff is always friendly. Always end up trying something new every time we come through. Nothing that I dislike or don’t enjoy. They always know their way around a smoker. Glad they’ve stuck around all this time. Need something different other than MOs.
