Great place to eat! Service was excellent, food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. Can eat outside or in. Not expensive for the top quality of food served. Definitely eating here again, but next time, I'll bring more friends so I'm not the only one enjoying this wonderful place!

We've been here a few times and they never disappoint! If you want to go for a delicious dinner with your significant other or a group of friends to get some drinks and a selection of food for everyone then you have to check out Carolina Blue. They have some real tasty BBQ items on their menu! Nice ambience with tables and bar seating. Local peeps friendly bartenders and a wide selection of adult beverages including many beers on tap or bottles wines and mixed drinks. We were seated right away at a table for 2 upon walking in the door. Waitress came right over and was attentive! The table felt a little cramped since we could hear the entire conversation from the table next to us. Food was served hot and delicious and my company as always was the best! We shared some appetizers including she crab soup smoked wings and the coconut shrimp and scallops! Then we split a rack of ribs which came with fries and slaw! Finger licking peach wood smoked ribs with a nice pink smoke ring! A few micro beers and mixed drinks later we called it a night! Carolina Blue is a unique local restaurant and serves great quality BBQ at an expected price for BBQ in Jersey during the Winter!
