Came here mid Jan. 2022 for a nice dinner to celebrate our sons birthday. We walked in and it was colder inside than outside! After asking the waiter & hostess 3 times if the heater was on and not getting a definite answer, I walked to the bar and asked the bar tender if she knew if the heater could be turned on or if it was broken. She said she'd check. Finally, over half way through our dinner, freezing, bundled up in our jackets, you can hear the heater turn on. It was so uncomfortable sitting in the cold trying to enjoy our meal. Why on earth wouldn't you turn on the heater in the middle of winter?! Poor employees had to freeze inside all day? It was about 730pm.. Next time, we'll just leave if it's freezing like inside, and go eat at a different nearby restaurant. My son ordered a meal that ended up being too spicy for him. They were nice and let him order something else.
Service was great and the food was delicious 😋. I had the outback prime rib medium rare.
My 3rd visit to OutBack and they haven't skipped a beat. Went in for Cocktails and decided to order appetizers. Not only were the drinks VERY tasty, but the food hit on levels of satisfaction I didn't know I was missing. Customer service, cleanliness and Covid safety was outstanding and appreciated.
Minor issue with an appetizer that was not hot but it was an easy fix. The service was great. Limited staff but they made it work with what they had. The server was on top of all the tables. Great experience!
Well the food was good, our waitress/bartender was not the most welcoming but hell it could have been a rough night for her. Other than that love outback. One of my go to places for a descentmeal and a good drink.
Rocko is the best. Drinks, appetizers and entrées all came out simultaneously hot and fresh. He stayed on point making sure we were good, happy with the food. Not once did we have to ask for a soda or water refill. I base the tip on service and he deserved his tip.
The wait was not too bad considering it was Father's day. The food was hot and had good flavor. I would recommend this location.
