Wow this place is so unorganized it is not even funny the pictures I took there is a line out the door. I went to pick up an order for doordash and doordash told me the order was ready. I stood there for 10 minutes while the cashier lady did three customers and ignored me completely. I tried to atte

I did not order a 2 piece anything, my order was 1 breast spicy with red beans and rice, and 1 breast regular with cole slaw, what I actually got was 1 breast spicy and 3 biscuits. So I paid $21.18 for 1 piece of chicken and 3 biscuits

Food was good! 30min get my food while 4 employees were laughing and chilling at the dine in tables.

The Best chicken in town and although I like the mash potatoes side and the biscuits, their service is very forgetful on orders. Twice my orders have been incomplete. Missing eating utensils, sauces, and paid drinks. It's a shame that their staff act do poorly when Popeye's food is good.

The food is always good and they're friendly. BUT they may need to be trained to work more efficiently and showed multitasking. No one was in the lobby and it still took almost 30 minutes.

The young lady (cashier) was very sweet and polite. We had to wait a couple of minutes for the biscuits and when she brought it out to our car, she wanted us to verify everything was right before she left us. Exceptional service!!

It's good to see that popyes employs the mentally handicapped. Could you please not put them on the drive-through though. I have been to your Oakley and your Pittsburgh location 4 times now and every time I have been disappointed in the service.
