So, the food is good. However, the service is extremely slow. Not just now & then....every single time. The staff is pretty friendly. Nothing standout. But not poor either. The atmosphere & condition of the premises could use some TLC. But the food is consistently good which is the most important to

3 stars because....well it's fast food. But server was pleasant and the wait was short compared to other times we have been here. Food was fresh and hot. My husband was happy and that is saying a lot when it comes to fast food.

They now have grilled fish items, but they told me it is their policy to close the grill down and hour before close so it can cool down to clean, so get there before 8pm if you actually want to order any of the grilled items. I get the impression that the staff doesn't really care about anything.

This is my go to place when I have a hunger for fish. Their platters are large and hot. Sometimes just a fish sandwich. Definitely one of the better fish restaurants in the area

Customer service was great. Took order quickly, but a small wait due to big order in front of me. The girl taking orders was fantastic. Very friendly and on top of all the details. Will go again.

This place has gotten so bad in the last year I won't be returning. The last two times I went there they were out of the pineapple cream cheese cake and they finally told me they don't keep it as it doesn't sell yet it's still on the menu. I also ordered the new panko shrimp with the sweet and tan

The food was fine. Typical. The restaurant was filthy. I tried not to think about what it was like in the kitchen. 🙄 The employees were helpful and friendly. Whole place needs a deep clean and redo the restroom.
