Fantastic. Mom's 80th Birthday was a hit. Joe our server could not have been better and the owner, Joe also, stopped by and made us feel special. Had the prime rib and was some of the best I ever eaten. View speaks for itself. Thanks for creating a great memory for my Mom.
While visiting Pittsburgh for a convention we took the Duquesne lift up the side of the mountain. This restaurant was at the top with a gorgeous view of the skyline of Pittsburgh. The food was excellent and the staff was outstanding. We enjoyed a very good bottle of wine along with our food while looking at the views of the city.
We were there on 1/19, for Restaurant Week. Everyone in our group enjoyed it. I really liked the surf & turf option. A special thanks to our server Nathan for running around like crazy for us all night, and for everyone on the top floor for that matter. He was working hard for a lot of people. Thanks again!!
First time at this restaurant—-when I found out who the owners were(Roman Bistro, Forest Hills) I new what to expect. The Service and food was fantastic! Our server-Jennifer was attentive and professional. Our meals were cooked to prefection and it’s always nice when the manager “Joe” checks up you. I highly recommend this place!
We all had a very nice time there, enjoyed the food and the servica. I loved the cozt atmosphere! Was all good and not that expensive, We did late lunch, had a great view right above the point, I highly recommend it! They were all very kind and helpful there! It is a big thumbs up for them. Great Calamari, Fantastic Scallop dinner, the Gnocchi & Sausage was astounding, and the Tiramisu and Creme Brulee were to die for. Service (Dana) was awesome and the view was the icing on the cake. I would recommend it and would definitely go back !!!
My husband took me here for my 27th birthday. We were visiting the city and this was the most perfect dinner! The view was spectacular, service was exceptional and food was delicious! I highly recommend and will have this on my list for when we return to Pittsburgh! Also need to give a shout out to Nathan who made our meal one to remember! Thank you, Vue 412!
I had a great experience yesterday. I went for my birthday dinner and had to leave a review. The staff was personable and attentive. The manager joe seated us and checked in frequently. He made great conversation and made a point to get familiar. We talked the entire night exchanging stories. His staff sung happy birthday and allowed us to go to the deck for pictures. Also the food was nothing short of amazing with everything served perfectly.
The staff was exceptional and the food was very good also. We had three children under the age of 13 there and the staff and owner couldn't be nicer. I love the view also!
We were blown away with our visit here. The view was amazing. Our waiter, Lester went out of his way to give us the best experience we could ever hope for. Our filet was probably the best we’ve ever had. Definitely we will be back.
We shared the Bada Bing Shrimp and Crab Cakes. It was all perfectly cooked and had a great flavor. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

We had a private event downstairs on Saturday night. Nathan was our waiter and was a delight! He was so entertaining! We had the best time!’
Service was wonderful (Devin, Liz & Manager Joseph who gave us Limoncello yum!). Food was incredible & huge portions, had to take home leftovers. View was spectacular! Fantastic evening all around!

Spectacular View. Incredibly attentive staff. There were no parking spots available close by. Chef took his car away, so we could park. Approached our table twice asking if we’re happy with the food and service. Lilian who served us was incredibly nice and responsive.
If you want truly enjoy beautiful view of Night Pittsburgh - this is place to go.

View and Service was excellent. Drinks were pricey but very good. Food was pretty good but nothing outstanding that I would absolutely have to go back for or order again. Overall I enjoyed the experience.

Great food, great view and great place! My wife and I were extremely impressed with every aspect of our experience. We went on a Saturday at 7, (which is the busiest time if the week in the restaurant business) and our table was waiting for us. The service was great. Our waitress was very accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food came quick and both the filet and lobster tails were cooked perfectly, and the presentation was amazing. There wasn't one thing that could of been any better. We recommend anyone to check this place out for yourself. You won't regret it!
Absolutely in the top 10 of my favorite spots in Pittsburgh; professional staff, fantastic service, incredible food, great wines, and amazing views. I have hosted group meetings there, with fantastic success and happy clients. I've enjoyed many private meals there with phenomenal relaxing memories. And I've had private business luncheons there, always with satisfied smiles. I recommend the Vue 412 for anything centered around a meal, whether it be a business conference meeting for a few dozen, a private meeting with friends, family, or work clients. And if it's just you, it's well worth it also!
Christie, our waitress was absolutely amazing! The view and cocktails were top notch. The Chef’s steak special was cooked and seasoned well. The place offers quality food and 5-Star service without the obnoxious elements.
We had such a great time at Vue 412 for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The service was great, food was very delicious and huge servings, and we loved staring at the view the whole evening. I had the chicken parmesan, my husband had the porterhouse steak and we shared a death my chocolate cake for dessert
We had the mule, charcuterie board, Josie salad, chicken parm, cheese tortellini and chocolate cake! It was great, the view was wonderful and our waitress was incredible! We were so impressed by her knowledge and how welcoming she was.
My partner surprised me with this reservation for my birthday and it was one of the best dinners I’ve had and with a stunning view.

In spite of going on a cloudy night, we could really see a lot of the view from Vue 412. The service was okay - not great, but you have a great view, so I guess you don't want great service anyway, so you stay a bit longer and enjoy the view?
The blackened scallops on fried green tomatoes were amazing and totally worth the trip. The salad was also good and Bryan's dessert was very good, too. The drinks were good and pricey. The parfait (and I LOVE parfaits) was horrible and made me google the definition of parfait to see if their dessert qualified (it doesn't). A parfait is supposed to be "a dessert consisting of layers of ice cream, fruit, etc., served in a tall glass." Sadly, this dessert was dry cake layered with a mashed blackberry sauce & topped with whipped cream. Not at ALL what I thought I was getting and too dry (even with the sauce) to be remotely worth the calories. Everything else was great, but the dessert and service were a bit disappointing - especially since we were there before the restaurant got crowded. I would really like to return when the view is less cloudy and once it's dark, since I do love that view at night.
I went to celebrate my birthday and the food was ok but the service was amazing honestly, especially my server Gretchen.
When she learned it was my birthday she made it extra special for me. She even offered to take my pictures for me. The manager was also really kind, making it a great experience for me. The wine was amazing. Some of the food that I ordered I didn’t like and they gladly swapped it out for me not once but twice. The staff is truly wonderful. The food was ok for me especially because I truly enjoy fine dining. When I go back it would be more for the drinks and service. There’s truly nothing better than great customer service.
Beautiful! Love the space, very intimate, with a knock-out view that is just stunning. Absolutely all of the staff was great, Gina(I may have her name wrong sorry?) the hostess was very helpful when we called in the afternoon and when we arrived around dinner time they were able to seat us almost immediately even though we hadn’t made a reservation!! The expo/food running staff helped grab extras that we needed and our server Glenn made excellent recommendations. We had a wonderful meal! Most definitely will be back and can’t say enough what a nice evening it was to bring in the new year at Vue 412 🥰
