I love the food the cashew chicken is a favorite, but not on the new menu. They are great and will make it for you.
Had a different server last night, as we had a big group to celebrate a family birthday. He was not my favorite because he was getting impatient with us. His frustrations were obvious and I did not like that.
But anyway it won't stop me from coming back.
The food and the service here is always excellent! I usually get Singapore Street noodles but couldn’t find it on the menu. I was told the menu changed and it was now called something else. I ordered the one my server told me to get and it was just as good, if not better than the other dish. You just can’t go wrong!!!
The food is amazing! Love every dish I tried so far! I know P.F.Chang's from Boston and was always a fan. The service last time was not so good. Our server didn't notice our glasses gotten empty until we mentioned it, didn't wipe a table before the dessert (we shared the lettuce wraps and they always leave a lot of mess) and brought us the check before we even had a chance to order a dessert. Other that last time I'm always pleased by the service and the food. Would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

Great food but even better server, Cheyenne. Of course, it’s even better when you dine with ones you love, my daughter.

I have never had a bad meal, our bartender/server was great and they have happy hour
Went for my birthday dinner and once again , did not disappoint.. Everything was wonderful.. Cauliflower appetizer, lettuce wraps, California rolls, Banana dessert �, and the adult beverages ��.. Also , can’t forget our wonderful, very attractive bartender Lisa Marie.. Thank you for a wonderful snowy evening!!!
Very good experience. Ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan which isn't even on the menu any more. It was excellent. Husband had the filet dish and loved it. Got the Shimp Fried Rice to take home. Yum.
Love PF Changs. Chicken Lettuce Wraps are always so good. Hot and Soup Soup was especially good. Karen, our server was friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back.
The food was absolutely delicious. There was a group of us and we bought several different items and share them every single thing was good and the staff was so friendly and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Will definitely go back.
Service was exceptional on Friday night. We made reservations for 6:30 but it wasn't too busy. Our server was phenomenal! We started off with the chicken lettuce wraps which are always excellent. Spicy green beans were very good. My ginger chicken was solid but made even better by the sauces. I asked for spicy mustard and chili sauce and she came back with those and some yum yum sauce. All 3 were quite good. My wife's Mongolian beef was a bit too salty but still very good. Shortly after bringing out our entrées, our server brought out a free orange chicken that apparently was extra and it was excellent too! Amazing experience!
All around great experience! It's not often I visit a restaurant and feel so compelled to ask for the manager so I can give everyone kudos, but this place did it! Our server, Desirae went above and beyond. She was the perfect server in every way. We went on a Friday night and had no problem getting a table, but I did use the Google feature to reserve a table. We will be back! Thanks P.F. Chang's for a wonderful dining experience.
I was at the bar had a great conversation with the bartender while enjoying my dinner. The kitchen was a touch backed up but given how it was a Saturday during football season, it was expected. Food was delicious, and service was terrific!
We stopped in for a quick dinner before a movie. Om a sucker for their lettuce wraps! I wanted a Singapore Sling, but it is no longer on the cocktail menu. The bartender created a fabulous drink and was super friendly. It was a great experience!
Nate the bald one who seems a little fruity. Was the best server ever. He was a great talker and entertainer and absolutely made my afternoon. Really funny, and great timing on food and drinks. He made sure we understood everything and was a great describer of what was each dish was made out of. Perfect service ever, give this man a raise. 👍😋🏳️🌈
I recently had the pleasure of dining at a this P.F. Chang’s where the host was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.
What impressed me the most about the host was their ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. They had a natural charisma and made me feel like a valued guest.
Their foods selection is great and I really like their cocktails menu. Service is very good. I got there by the time they almost close, but their service was still great.
I always feel the food is very tasty consistent here! However, service it what makes your dining experience great! And our server Dan took it to another level this afternoon! His attentiveness and kindness made us feel special and for that we thank you! Keep up the good work and thank you🙏🏼
Great experience overall. The service starts off by being greeted immediately and attended to as soon as possible. Waiter/Server attentive to detail on the drinks/food selection and came back around periodically to make sure we were good to go. Highly recommended!
Wow!! What a wonderful dinner and experience. We decided to go to PF Changs for a random dinner but my gosh was the food delicious but the SERVICE! No words. Hands down some of the best service I’ve had since I can genuinely remember. Tiffany R. Was our server and not only was she genuinely sweet but hilarious but knows the menu well and will give incredible recommendations! She is excellent at her job and although we would come back for the food we would come back just for her!! We ADORED YOU!!

I have visited this location for dine-in with my friends. We were greeted well by the manager. The staff were very customer friendly. However, our group had mixed feelings about the food.
The coconut cooler was nice and tasty and everyone loved it. The veggie lettuce wraps were served well but the tofu item lacked flavour and was almost bland which ruined the overall taste. I had this item at other locations within the US and over the years and it never disappointed. The veggie spring rolls were well made and tasted good. We ordered more of them. For entrees, we ordered three orders of Singapore noodles, Kungpao chicken, Pad Thai, chicken fried rice and some kids items. Out of these only pad thai and fried rice were good. The Singapore noodles were too strong with flavour and had extra salt/sourness which made it difficult to consume. One out of the three of us couldn’t handle the taste and left it as is. The other two managed to eat it. The kungpao chicken used to be the best item for me at other locations with a slightly crispy texture on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside but here though it was well cooked the chicken tasted like dough pieces. One of the kids items were messed as well. All this while the service was great. I brought up the food experience with the manager and she has refunded one of the noodles order and two of the kids items as well as offered a ten dollar gift card, which was applied on the same order.
The PF Chang’s is a long standing reputed chain of restaurants. For the Pittsburgh location, I would rate the service as 5 star but for the food experience I would rate it as 3 star. Considering the price level and being a reputed restaurant multiple mistakes within a same order are not acceptable.
Our server Dan was the best! Everything was delicious and he was very helpful when they were out of certain items.
Excellent service, great food, and comfortable atmosphere. Our server was diligent and attentive the entire leal. Wednesday before the holidays with little to no wait in this expansive dining room. I recommend Chicken Lomein with a Dragon margarita.
Amazing place to eat, great atmosphere, the barbeque ribs are amazing. Maya, the staff member is very friendly, professional and make us feel welcome and satisfied
Had a great time thanks to Tiffany R! She was attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. She provided great service throughout dinner and always made sure we were happy with our drinks and food. I’ll definitely be returning because of her!
This was my first experience at a P.F. Chang's. I was extremely hesitant because this type of food isn't normally my favorite. I was delightfully surprised with how delicious our food was. Our server was really great and we were never left with an empty drink. We got lunch bowls. Kung pao chicken, honey chicken, Chang's spicy chicken and sesame chicken. They were all amazing and I would recommend every one of them. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I loved the texture of the chicken, I'm usually weird with that. I am honestly sad that I've went this many years of my life without trying this place! I can't wait to come back and try something different. Thanks for a great first experience!
Tiffany was our server, and she was courteous, professional,prompt and extremely helpful with choosing the right food, drinks and desserts! I'll definitely be back again!
P.F Chang's never lets me down. I went here on a whim one day before my flight at the Pittsburgh Airport. Had an amazing time and an amazing server. Our food came very quickly, and was hot off of the press. Their drinks did not disappoint either as I tried two brand new ones. I love P.F chang's and I will continue to support this location and others. I would definitely recommend dining here, especially during the week to avoid a rush.
