Good vegan fast food options. Our food was flavorful and servings were generous for lunch. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was clean. No complaints.

First time eating here, manager and crew super friendly, polite and knowledgeable about their menu. Very clean restaurant and restroom.

My nephew's favorite place in Pittsburgh. We ate there 3 consecutive days. The food was great! The variety and price were good. The young man that waited on us was excellent and a delight. Very friendly and customer centered.

In downtown, need a quick bite.. this is one of the places I'd recommend.
Good portions of noodles and pastas .Not a very wide menu to choose , but what they have is decent.
Easy on the pocket. Taste is great. Staff is excellent.

I had the Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein! This was BEYOND GOOOD! I’ve never went to a “noodles” restaurant before but this was extremely good and sweet! Chicken was perfect. I’d definitely go back!

Great food at a very reasonable price. Staff service was excellent.

A great place for a quick bite. I was there couple times, the staff was friendly, preparation of noodles or salad was always quick. The meal looks fresh and is tasty. Real silverware as a bonus.

Always yummy with your choice of noodles, protein, & sauce. No alcohol, but if you want drinks there are plenty of bars nearby and the prices are great.

Live protein with your meal. This place has gone from bad to worse. Now besides the overcooked noodles, you have to contend with flies buzzing around and landing in your food. And, the manager tells me they're fruit flies. I'm so glad to know he knows what they are, now why don't they get rid of them. I was told they're coming from outside! [Insert eye roll and head shaking here.] None of the other restaurants in Market Square have fruit flies. Yuck!

Thai Curry Soup YUMMY!. The Thai Curry Soup @ Noodles & Co. is outstanding. The flavor is perfect and it includes lots of fresh veggies. It is virtually impossible to get fresh, healthy food in downtown Pittsburgh so I really appreciate Noodles & Co. coming to town. The Japanese Pan Noodles w/tofu was pretty good as was the Bangkok Curry w/tofu. But, nothing compares to the soup. The large size is perfect for lunch.

Med sandwich was tasty but I also got a side Caesar salad and there was practically nothing in the bowl. The romaine was wilted and you could see the bottom of the bowl. I know it's only $1 for a side salad, but come on. My husband got the Whole Grain Linguine which was fine. I've generally been underwhelmed by this Market Square location as I've either received the wrong order or just poor quality eat time we order food there.

Never again. Had trouble finding a seat not because anyone was there but because all of the tables and chairs were filthy (like covered in soda filthy). Ordered a tofu pad Thai and "greens" salad. The pad Thai came with 3 sprigs of cilantro on top. After I removed the leaves and placed the stalks aside I was thankful for them because they were the only decent flavor in the dish. The peanut sauce was extremely weak. The sprouts tasted like the refrigerator they came from. Between the carrots and the eggs the whole thing was strangely bitter. The greens salad was a joke. 8 pieces of lettuce 3 spinach leaves cucumbers and tomato DRENCHED in vinaigrette. It was only a dollar. Not worth the dollar. All that and an izze soda: $11.50. I won't be coming back to noodle company again.

Good Food...sometimes.. I love Noodles and Company meals. It's become my new favorite Market Square spot, but quality consistency is a big issue at this location. I eat here frequently and even when they aren't busy I often have problems with my food that don't make sense. On two occasions they left the chicken out of my Chili-Lime & Ginger Salad with Seared Chicken. Then more than twice I received burnt and dry noodles. There were only 3 tables dining at the time and my order was the only to-go order. Another time I not only received burnt noodles but they put random ingredients in the Pad Thai that weren't even listed on the menu description. I think I've had all I can take from this place. Sorry Noodles, you've let me down for the last time.

Pasty not Tasty. Not nearly as good as other locations i have been to. Had the Thai peanut saute. Noodles were very pasty with little flavor. It did have good heat, but veggies were under done and chicken was over done. Asked for no sprouts, but got a mountain of them instead. Not a great experience.

Cool place...hot stuff. I like the theme of this restaurant....international noodles. Well, I love noodles so you can't go wrong with that. Everything is made fresh on the spot and served steaming hot. I understand if you go to lunch at noon you'll have a hard time getting in here, but for late lunch, no problem that I saw. If you have a problem with spicey, don't miss the little red pepper pics on the menu board like I did. I love polynesia and anything with peanut sauce, but the one dish is OH SO HOT!!! My tongue burned, my nose burned, my face burned, but it was so darn good, I ate the whole thing and just kept on burning. Don't miss this place!

Always Tasty. We go here often for lunch, and while there is always a line out the door, you aren't there for extraordinarily long. The food is always good and never dissapointing. The staff is nice too. The customers could be a little nicer and it is a pain to be blasted with cold air while everyone holds the door open in 10 degree weather...

Not bad. ...for chain food. We go for lunch on a semi-regular basis. Havent had a bad meal, but nothing extraordinary. Always busy and for some reason Pittsburghers have to hold the door open when theyre in line on 20 degree days. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

Indonesian Peanut Saute. Went here around 8:30 Friday night after skating and it was a nice light meal. I had the Peanut Saute - Very spicy (I don't do hot very often so I couldn't finish this) and a little dry but good flavor. My son had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. It was pretty good and he finished it all.
BTW, the iced tea was really good and the staff was really friendly, especially the bus boy -gave me a take home menu and made sure we were happy.

Great experience. Recently went skating with a group of 9 (ages 2 - 60) on a saturday evening. Went to Noodles & Company and, after trying to figure out if the menu would work for us, had a fabulous meal. From spaghetti and meatballs to curry dishes, everyone enjoyed the meal. The potstickers were so good, we ordered more for the table and more to take home. The caesar salad was excellent as well.

The service was fantastic! We felt very comfortable with our 'somewhat loud' crowd.

Fresh food (served timely), at a very reasonable price is something this city needs!

I work in town and "tried" to have lunch -- full tables and line out the door each time. Well deserved for Noodles, but I would really love to order some potstickers - even 'to go'!

Not sure yet!. One thing for sure about any new place, you have to give it a second try. My first experience was "ok", Spagh and Meatballs "spicy version" was good but a little more sauce, kinda dry! But it was good. Cucumber and tomato salad was a 9 out of 10. Friend of Fran's Wisconsin Cheese Mac was also a bit dry, but OK! Ceasar Salad could have used two dressings. Overall the experience is a bit like a pasta version of Chipolte and not a place for a romantic eat in dinner, Very Chipote-esk. I'll let you know on my second visit, the plus side is, it warrants a second visit!

4 out 5. Noodles are pretty good, a decent portion. The questionable thing is the amount of noodles compared to toppings. I got the regular portion of Pad Thai. I would say the ratio is 90% noodles 10% toppings.

I will also need to try a different meat option instead of shrimp. For $2.50, i only got 7 shrimp.

But overall, I need to try it again. It was rather good

Update 1/23: Went at 2:30pm and got the Pad Thai without meat. I would say that it is was 70% noodles 30% extras. It may have been the lunch hour the last time which was the 90-10 ratio.
