Such a great neighborhood gem. Always busy, always good. Went there to celebrate my birthday with the family. We enjoyed everything!! Saki martinis are fabulous and the best, freshest, beautiful & tasty sushi around. Our waitress was kind and nice and overall did a great job. It was super busy (Sun
If you love sushi, you should try this place - so fresh and yummy. Great service and very friendly staff.
Love coming here with my client. We adore the Osuimono Snapper Soup it is so lovely! The various flavors in this soup are magical! The owner is so very pleasant and his waitstaff are very attentive and kind. Best Sushi restaurant on this side of town ! So lucky to be able to come here . THANK YOU T
The food was excellent as was the service from our waitress Emily! She was very attentive and made great suggestions about what to order off the menu. Can't wait to return for another outstanding meal.
Got some warm towels before the meal to clean our hands off with, and I got the yummy roll and I think a salmon roll if I remember right. It was delicious! Also shout out to the employee who went out ever 20 minutes or so to swat lantern flies at the entrance to keep them away, 😂 you're the best!
We always enjoy Little Tokyo because it is just a little different but it’s also what you would expect. We both had shrimp but differently! See pictures for description. Very easy to eat with chopsticks or a fork and just delicious and very digestible. This is a great stop in downtown Mt Lebanon! Fu
A very nice Japanese restaurant for a quick lunch or a long dinner. The ginger(?) sauce on the salad was rather salty, but that’s a small price for the quality of the meat dishes. The waitresses are sweet, and the chefs cook the food right at the bar. You also get a towel wipe with some bleach (n
To begin my review of Little Tokyo, I must start by saying I LOVE sushi, which is the number one reason my husband and I eat there at least once each week. I’m talking about the real deal — sashimi …. ice cold, fresh, raw fish, that is sliced ever so beautifully thin. Every now and then, I will or
Usually I have rated my experience at Little Tokyo with 5s across all areas. However this time, my Habachi chicken was over cooked/dry. Veggies were great. The salad was sitting in a puddle of water. The appetizer didn't come out early. It arrived with the lunch entree. I'm assuming it was just an o
Little Tokyo is my favorite sushi spot in Pittsburgh….and I have tried a lot! It’s hard to find great sushi in the northeast but they are killing it! I recommend the First Date roll and you can never go wrong with a ginger salad!
I got the sushimi and it was very good. I love the way they plated the food for a nice look.
Little tokyo has the best quality of sushi in Pittsburgh. All of the fish is fresh and yummy. We love the discovery roll, anniversary roll, and the Krissy roll. Their take out service is great! They package everything up in nice to go containers.
Our waiter was fun and the food was good but it was a little on the cold side. I would definitely eat here again and suggest it to my friends.
Our favorite sushi for 15 years running. Staff is friendly and efficient. There are so many great rolls to pick from, and the nigiri is always fresh and delicious. Thanks for being a staple in the local dining scene!
Little Tokyo and their south side location, Little Tokyo Bistro, have the best sushi in Pittsburgh! Everything is always fresh and amazing. I've ordered from them probably over 20 times in the past 7 years and I can honestly say I've never had a complaint. Definitely stop in for some sushi!
With COVID this year, we have been placing orders by phone and picking up from the wonderful sushi restaurant. The sushi is always fresh, when my wife calls they know her by name because we are regular customer. Excellent sushi, great customer service. If you haven’t tried sushi here, you are missin
