Standard Red Lobster experience. The food was good. Tasty and hot. Restaurant was fairly clean. Service was a little slow. Took forever to get drinks (water and soda) and biscuits. Seemed to be staffed well and it wasn't too busy, but I guess they were "understaffed". Either way it was a good enough visit.
The biscuits are unlimited and my gosh are they tasty. The rest of the food was amazing as well and it was really nice to relive some old memories by coming back for the first time in awhile.
It’s gotten a little pricey but honestly worth the splurge.
First of all, our server Ali was incredibly sweet. I watched how she handles all the customers and she goes above and beyond. Her happy/ positive attitude is infectious. Second of all, the food was great!! My only complaint is that the fried green beans didn’t seem like they were cooked enough before being fried, otherwise the food was delicious. The biscuits live up to their reputation of course, my burger was cooked perfectly medium well just like I asked, the Sunset Passion Colada was amazing (half peach, half strawberry syrup), and the brownie sunday was so good I could cry. 10/10 will come back. A lot!
Today I went to Pittsburgh with my friend Kevin. He said where do you want to go to lunch? I'll take you wherever you want to go. Immediately. I said Red lobster lol. We got there and it seemed like a ghost town lol. But the manager came by and got someone to see us and it was on. They had $5 watermelon martinis. Of course Kevin and I had to have one and they were delicious. Did I say one? Actually we had two. I got the lunch deal as well as Kevin and we couldn't have been more pleased with the meal. I suggest everybody go there at least once or twice a month if they can. The food is always delicious at any Red lobster I've ever been to.
Friendly service and great food. Experience was great😀😀
When my food arrived it was not what I ordered The server was so apologetic and kind he quickly Spoke to the manager NICK HURLEY Who was super awesome he took great care of us. We couldn't have been happier. We will definitely go back!!
The food was delicious, and the service was spot on. I would highly recommend this Red Lobster location. The endless shrimp special was customized with Cajun seasoning perfectly to my liking.
Unlimited shrimp 🍤 promotion was outstanding, shrimp 🍤 was properly cooked, and not overdone, as I had encountered at their South Hills location the week before.
Facility was busy, but not very busy, service however, was rather slow, and not in keeping with the level of customer traffic, and according to the staff they were short staffed.
Thank goodness the food was hot, and not over cooked, and the shrimp scampi was properly covered with the butter sauce that had not separated from the shrimp, and was served each time hot, in spite of the slow service. Server paid far too much attention to other customers, if females were in the contingent, and was slow to check back, again due to short staffing, supposedly.
Willing to sacrifice service for hot properly cooked food that is served hot ,and tastes good. Hope my next experience at Red Lobster 🦞 gets better the next time I visit, because it had been a long time since I had been to visit my local Red Lobster.
Wanted to stop and get a quick bite to eat after shopping and to my surprise Red Lobster wasn't busy on a Sunday evening. Ordered some cocktails, the waiter was ok, my only complaint was he didn't clear our dirty dishes after the salad was done. Our food was good salmon and fried fish, although my mashed potatoes came out ice cold once I notified the waiter, the problem was fixed. The brussel sprouts are so yummy and mouth watering I highly recommend getting an order. Service was good, food good, the place was clean, could have used a little more heat due to it being very rainy and cold outside. The overall experience was good.
Gigi is the best waitress I’ve ever had!! She is so sweet and is always on top of everything, even when my boyfriend goes through 8 drinks. I’ve had her a couple times and she’s been nothing but incredible both times. Will definitely be asking for her every time I come in.
Everything was good except when we first got there about 6:40 Wednesday. they said 15 minute wait. So I sat at the bar to get a beer 🍺
One bartender tending bar. the worst bartender in the world.said I'll be right with you .Then proceeded to tend tables in the over room, and the bar was packed. And no one was happy in there. Never got the beer.
Wont go back til she is Gone. Yes was that Mad
Nick, the GM helped us with a phone order. I have a serious food allergy and he was very helpful and took his time helping me plan my order. I didn’t feel like I was bothering him at all, and he made me feel comfortable that cross contamination would not occur.
It was weird to go to a restaurant post pandemic. The food was good. Nobody made it weird. Kinda weird to see the mask on the waitress but it is what it is. As the first restaurant I went since March of 2020. Expected more out of the crab legs but perhaps they have always been small or its the pandemic. 4 stars waitress was on point.
The portions of seafood are tiny. I've never seen scallops, shrimp, and lobster tails so small in my life. Everything tasted great, though, and Lisa is the best waitress you'll ever have.
The server was fast and friendly. The food was really good. Love their biscuits. I had snow crab legs which were delicious. The person I was with had all you can eat shrimp. The sever brought plate after plate so she kept up which was awesome so by the time I was done so was my friend.
