Only thing that I would say is the music is too loud. Food, drinks, and service were amazing! Matthew is a rock star!

We had an excellent time (except for your rude hostess in the black leather jacket). Thankfully the food and your waiter Zachary more than made up for it. Great night out and a nice variety of music.

Really excellent service, I did not eat anything I just came in for a couple drinks, but the food smelled and looked wonderful. I’ll be back with friends.

Great food! Tastes like it's made from fresh ingredients. Lots of different/unusual choices, not the same ol' stuff from other restaurants. ❤️

Had a bowl of the chickpea chili. It was interesting. Lots of onion, and chickpeas and sour cream but nothing else really. I love the vegan options here! The Pennsyltucky Tofu is the best!

Mad Mex knocked it out of the park! I ordered the Big Burrito and added extra meat, and this thing is a rockstar. Seriously stuffed with quality meats and waffle fries that were nice and crispy, never soggy. Topped with guac, sour cream, some pico on there and dots of chipotle sauce. POW! A culinary adventure that you don’t want to end. The vibe is cool and the lighting in the whole place is perfect. Toni was an outstanding server, as well as other servers who kept tabs on me, refilling my water before it was empty. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long long time! My pic doesn’t do the burrito justice; it was huge, well prepared and presented.

Tucked in the North Hills Mad Mex is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some high quality Mexican food. We had a Gobblerito and it was amazing. An entire Thanksgiving dinner stuffed in perfection. This is a must stop when in Pittsburgh.

As a veg head, Mad Mex is going to be one of my go-tos. Not only do they offer a great selection of vegan appetizers and entrees, they’re reasonably priced and delicious. Not to mention a phenomenal tequila list. So excited to know there are a lot of plant based options here so we can come back and try more. Highlights include the chickpea chili, breaded and fried tofu, and waffle fries in the huge burrito. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is lovely.

I always have a great meal at mad mex! The staff was quick to seat us and take our orders. Everything came out perfectly! Never had the wings until this visit and loved the San Francisco style!

The food was good. The prices were reasonable for the large portions you get. Definitely think the chips and basic salsa should be free and then a charge for the specialty dips. Still worth checking out. (Mad Mex Bowl and Taco Salad)

The food was very good, but some of it was unexpectedly spicy. I would not have ordered some of the food if there was some sort of indication that it had as much of a kick. The ambiance is fun, and I liked how open the indoor seating was.

The place looks phenomenal. Some weird combo sides ,like cornbread. Steak and corn tacos were very very good. Wings are good as well.

At this Mad Mex restaurant, my husband and I ate dinner on a weekday evening. The seating hostess and the waitress were fairly prompt and courteous. Our favorite food was the guacamole and chips. Our chicken quesadilla, steak burrito, and rice and beans were average to good.

A bit overpriced but the food was decent. The dip trio was very good, the fajitas were okay, not great. The service was average but I've had worse. Their fish tacos were the best part of the meal, I'll get those next time.
