What a great place.. was our first time TRH .. took my girl for her BD.. the service was awesome Sky couldn't have been more attentive.. the food was bomb.. we both had steaks... my girls fav were the drinks.. we haven't had a frozen swirl since Don Pablo's closed.. half margarita half sangria in a big sugar rimmed goblet.. she said best drink ever... then the line dancing was pretty cool.. tons of people working there so it wasn't hectic even tho they were jammed..The manager even stopped by and said hello.. liked that everyone had on cowboy boots...We love TGI Friday's and my girl said if they had the jack Daniels sauce here it would be perfect.. but think this will be our new go to place.
Our waitress gave excellent service and stayed on top with refills on drinks and bread with great accuracy. The manager even stopped by to ask how our meal was! The food was amazing — it was a high honor eating such a great steak and a great burger.
My only recommendation is to get a second butter for the biscuits.
tl;dr: 10/10 would eat again
We absolutely loved everything about this place. We have never been to a Texas Roadhouse before and our first time was amazing! Especially for their second day open and being a full house, service was great and the staff were a lot of fun. A lot of dancing that seemed to keep everyone pretty giddy which you need in situations such as day 2 lol. The food was absolutely amazing. I was surprised at how well everything came out. We will definitely be back for sure!!
Management, kudos to you!!!! As well as the corporate trainers!!!!!! Everything was executed great and staff were trained very well!
Never been to a Texas Roadhouse before so naturally, we had to try it. It was super busy for a Tuesday night and the wait for a table was almost an hour but it was well worth it. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was excellent! But our waitress, Alison, was by far the best part of the evening. She was friendly and fun and made the entire experience awesome! We will definitely be back and we will certainly be requesting Alison again!
Been to a few other Texas Roadhouses, was beginning to dislike the place. Meal yesterday was outstanding, server and service was great. Will go back to this location. Hope the quality and friendly service remains as the restaurant matures.
We went there opening day at around 415. Had the call ahead got our table right away. The place was awesome... what an uplift to the area of southland... the staff did not even seem under pressure... I hope they keep the good work up for a long time.... the food was great had half rack ribs ( fall off the bone ) and he had a salmon which melted in his mouth.
Wonderful service...great food..excellent wait staff in Allison. Highly recommend!
My steak was cooked perfectly. The server was very attentive from appetizer to check. The place was packed , we waited for 1/2hr to get seated , but it was worth the wait.
Reasonable prices...and received a free appetizer with the App.
Try call ahead seating it does help.
It was a little chaotic getting seated, but the food was fantastic and the server, Brie, was fabulous.
Accidentally came on grand opening day! For as crazy busy as it was the staff was amazing. Our server (Joey) was amazing! Definitely tried to convince him to come work at my reataurant lol. He even chased my dumbass down when I left my bank card! Will DEF be requesting him next time I’m back!
Went for an occasion and had an overall good time. Waitress was very sweet and attentive, but manager was a little rude when my aunt complained that her steak was not a filet (it was thinner than our sirloin steaks). She said that she already ate too much of it. We weren't looking for free food or anything, but she never even apologized.
Great big thank you to our server Hayley! From start to finish she was excellent. Great drinks, great casual food experience, and plenty to chose from! I shared a whole rack of ribs with my sweetheart and still had a portion to take to go! Obviously enjoy extra fresh rolls and cinnamon butter if you have the room!
Stopped in for a steak dinner date before the Pens game downtown, the NY strip was phenomenal as well as the sirloin and shrimp and everything else. Service was great considering they were very busy. Shout out to the bartender and Genarro (Im sure I butchered the spelling lol)who were awesome ! 👌. Definitely will be back again soon!!🤘🤩

Arrived early on a Wednesday. Was thrilled to see the special was an 8oz sirloin with 2 sides for$10,99.
The steak was done exactly as we asked med/ rare and literally was so tender it melted in your mouth.
When the plates arrived we thought hmmmm doesn't look like a lot but it was more than enough with no room for dessert.
Staff was courteous and we never waited long for anything, including refills in our drinks
We'll definitely be back!!!
The service was great! The waitress name Carmen was very professional and kind. Kept coming to are table asking if we were okay and if we needed anything else. The food was awesome without questioning it. Texas Roadhouse located in Southland shopping plaza in Pleasant Hills, PA is my favorite restaurant. Employees are friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean and sanitized. Will be back soon.

I'm from Massachusetts and where I grew up, there's a Texas Roadhouse there that my family would always go to for dinner and special occasions. When this restaurant opened last year 2019 near where I live, I was so excited! And they do not disappoint! I have been here twice so far and their food is amazing, just as amazing as the restaurant back home in Mass. Keep up the great work!
The waitress was good. She was attentive enough. The food was good. The loaded baked potato was delicious. My NY strip steak was cooked as I liked--a little pink but not bloody.
My husband and I came in with our 2 children. Our server was Zoe. She was absolutely amazing! Food was perfect, service was perfect, steaks perfectly cooked. My bloody mary was on point. Just a great experience all the way around.
A little bit of wait time on a Tuesday, but we were a party of five. Delicious warm bread and cinnamon butter, amazing! Delicious cuts of meats and good selection of sides. Definitely recommend!
It was an exciting night at Texas roadhouse. The food was delicious and there was some subtle employee drama going on too for entertainment. The staff was all kind and the food came out quickly.
We just had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Kaylie was our waitress. She was friendly and made us feel welcome she made our dinner so nice. We both had prime rib. I had mine med rare, and my husband had med. Both were done great. It was a great experience at a reasonably priced restaurant. This was our 3rd or fourth time we've been here recently, and it has been constantly good.

Best Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to. The flavor of the food was exceptional (ordered Roadkill, Loaded Baked Po & Veg). Service was on point, I didn’t want for anything. I am leaving now, full and satisfied.
I took my family out for Father’s Day to this location. Our Server was Serena and she did an amazing job ! Especially, for how full the restaurant was . The food came out in a timely manner and everything was excellent! Cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back and I hope Serena is there so we can request her .

We had the most amazing servers/service at our most recent visit here. We've been to this location before and service has always been good. This time had our entire group (20 total) in awe. After a very long day our family called to see if we could make a very last minute reservation for a group of 20 people. We were told about an hour wait. We expected it to be longer. When we arrived they actually got us in about 10 mins earlier than we were originally told. Our servers Joe and Amber were there to greet us and promptly took our drink orders. We had 5 kiddos with us and Joe made sure to get their orders and get them out quick to them because we all know hangry kiddos are a bit like wild animals. He joked with them and actually complimented their parents on how well behaved they were. It was certainly humbling to hear. Amber made sure to get my in laws who arrived slightly later than the rest of group their drink orders and food quickly as well. We were checked on frequently and they both were so nice! At the end of our meal Joe brought out a little make shift note to our family and it took us all by surprise. You see, we had just spent the previous 8 hrs + at a funeral service for a family member who passed very unexpectedly. He heard us talking about it and brought out a small handmade sympathy card with a very sweet message to our group. We cried happy tears for the first time that day. Those two were amazing and brought some joy into a very stressful and otherwise sad day. I'm certain they are the best servers we've ever had at a restaurant. Stay amazing Joe and Amber! (and the rest of the crew from that night!) Thank you for all you did.
