Stumbled upon this place on a very hot day in July. I think it was the owner but they saw how hot we were and let us sit in the coffee shop next door to beat the heat. Ice cream was great and service was amazing. Featured them in my YouTube video.
One of the best ice cream places we have ever visited and we have visited ice cream places all over the world! The owners are amazing people and went out of their way to make sure we were delighted.
Great to ride the train up the mountainside after dinner and grab some ice cream here then have a walk along the lookout. Besides the fact their Banana milkshake was awesome, prices were only $7-8 for a large and the proximity to the Mt. Washington overlooks makes for a fantastic walk and view!

This is our favorite ice cream shop. We always make a point to stop. Their regular food items are as good as the ice cream. Too many good things to list here but it's a must stop when you're in the area.

DiFiore's Ice Cream Delite is the absolute best ice cream shop in all of Pittsburgh. If you disagree, maybe you've never really tried it --- and I'll have to fight you tooth and nail!

Di Fiores was just awesome. The owners there were honest and extremely helpful! We ordered a meal, and were able to pay for it, but we planned to get ice cream. We didn't have enough cash to cover the ice cream, but they actually offered to cover it for us! No one in our family could even come close
DiFioreās is great ice cream but it is cash only and the service is not the friendliest.
So you just ride the Incline up the hill & walk to this Ice Cream shop! They have sandwiches & soft serve, Malts, milkshakes, smoothies etc!! Delicious!!

My family visited Pitt and stopped in at DiFioreās Ice Cream Delight and we were so glad we did. It is a cozy place and the ice cream is so good. I had a chance to speak with Todd, the owner, and he is completely delightful to talk to! I highly recommend stopping in there and getting some Ice cream
