Love this place. Walked in as a stranger and left after making several friends. Everyone was so friendly and the bartender somehow stayed on top of everything when the place was hopping. I did see one problem with a patron and the bartender and others quickly squashed the problem and made the individual leave without any major issue. Oh and the drinks are super affordable

This is a very chill bar. Great place to watch games! There are darts and a mini bowling game in the back which are both fun. Bartenders have been great any time I've gone.

This bar is a great local establishment! The owner is a great person & cares about his customers. The crowd is diverse & friendly. Drinks are reasonable ($4 for a domestic beer & $5 for well liquor). The kitchen is no longer open, but there has been talk of re-opening it on a limited basis. It is a smoking bar, so be prepared for that.

Legendary Northside Establishment where you may smoke inside. Although all of my clothes do reek after sitting in a booth even when not smoking, so you have been warned!
Where everybody knows your name but this ain’t Cheers but the hipsters and post office workers are friendly enough even if they are not always friendly to each other. Oh and the mature older gentleman pouring the drinks and slinging the beers his name is, Rick and not Riggs.
I enjoyed coming in after going to the Mattress Factory with friends. The vibe gives you a great feel. This sounds irrelevant, but this bar has the best bathroom I’ve been in.
Riggs is a classic dive bar. The bartender is great the atmosphere is relaxed, not too loud, not too crowded. Everybody seems to get along okay. It's a great place to hang out and the drink prices are more than reasonable.
Great dive atmosphere with surprisingly amazing bathrooms. Smoking is permitted and there are bar games and a pretty good selection of well-priced drinks. The owner is a great guy; I was accidentally overcharged at the bar and he drove cash to my house the next day to make up for it. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect neighborhood bar. Not too big, not too dead. Awesome bartender. My boyfriend and I ended up here on Halloween on a whim while in from out of state. The drinks are cheap, the locals and regulars were all friendly and welcoming and we had a really great time.
Marshall the bartender is wonderful. The bar is clean and inviting. Lots of regulars and open to visitors. Only place to drink that is open until the am hours. Definitely a stop to make
