I've had some not so great experiences at this Olive Garden, over the past few years, and had really given up on this location and was very skeptical about returning. This time however was completely different. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by staff with a smile and by thanking us for being there and for our service (it was Veterans Day and my husband and I both served). It was obvious the staff were a working in collaboration with each other and they all knew who needed to be seated and, even though it was very busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. Josh was our server and also was welcoming, knew the menu well, and remembered all the little things that can be easily forgotten, like the extra side of Ranch. The food came out so quickly and it was hot, generously portioned, and delicious. I had the best Pina Colada I've ever had and I just came back from the FL Keys, so it's saying a lot that I found the Olive Garden's to be better. While everything ran like a well oiled machine, we never felt rushed and all employees were so friendly and willing to help customers and other staff. I want to thank Josh for being so kind and making our Veterans Day a memorable one! We went home more than satisfied and happy. The store was also extremely clean. We were in around 7:30 and even the bathrooms look like they were just cleaned and stocked. They even have a step stool in the restrooms for little people or children to easily reach the sink. I will certainly be back!!!
We came as a group of 11. Six of us are siblings in our 60's and 70's, two of us visiting from out of town. Our server, REY, was absolutely fantastic! She kept 5 tickets straight, refilled drinks, and made our dining experience wonderful. She boxed our leftovers, and wrote what was in each one. The food was also excellent! I am so glad that we chose this Olive Garden for our dinner!
Ali is the best server I have ever had at Olive Garden in many experiences. Truly exceptional service from one of the best. Food is consistently amazing. Great date night for the girlfriend and I.
This is the second time we’ve eaten at this location in the past month AND WE LOVE IT!! We were pleasantly surprised at some of the new tasty menu items. In particular we love the chicken gnocchi soup … our lunch stop was endless soup, salad and breadsticks!! Fresh yummy and hit the spot. The wait staff is a dream as well. Very attentive and accommodating!! They gave us salad with dressing on the side as well as fresh bread sticks without the butter!!! We will be back for more soup and try some more of the new menu items.
Exactly what you’d expect. Bread sticks seamed a little different but it’s been a while.
The service was fast and we got an amazing waitress. They set up the table with the booster seat and high chair. Also gave the kids crayons and a menu they could do games on.
Last minute venue change for my daughter’s wedding shower had me in tears. Thank you to Kaylee and the managers at the McIntyre Square Olive Garden. The private room, special menu, service and accommodations were world class. Highly recommend for small private events!
Victoria made this lunch experience at the Olive Garden incredible. She’s such a good server, so attentive and kind. She really makes a great experience for every table she serves and takes time to cater to their every need. Food at this Olive Garden is consistently good but Victoria’s service made the experience. Will definitely be coming back! It’s so nice to see a kind and hard working young woman. She’ll do great things with her strong work ethic and excellent people skills.
4.5 stars. I have eaten meals from this Olive Garden restaurant many times over the years. Most recently, my husband and I ordered shrimp scampi, chicken parmigiana, meatballs parmigiana, house salads, and breadsticks. Some of the foods could have been healthier, but we enjoyed their freshness and flavors. We have not experienced any problems with the employees’ service.
One of my favorite Olive Garden’s. Food is always hot and tasty. Servers have great attitudes and management is very hands on making sure everyone is having a great dining experience.
Delicious food, perfect staff. Ardita is very relevant server.
