We went here after my daughter ceremony. We made a reservation. When we got there, it wasn’t busy at all, but it was crowded. The environment is very welcoming and warm.
The staff is very pleasant. The cook was phenomenal. He did a great job he served us the food, and did tricks while cooking the food which was pretty cool. He cooked right in front of us and served us the food. He also played a game well tossing food in our mouth which was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this place.
Food was good. Hibachi chef was great. Was here with my family and he engaged with everyone else at the table. Alot of food and fairly reasonable. Sushi was on point! Saga at settlers ridge never disappoints!!!
Food and service is great! You get rice and noodles with the hibachi. They do a good job with the presentation while preparing the meal. Kids love it. They do have high chairs for kids but they are not infant friendly. Also the changing table in the women’s restroom is place directly outside of the large stall making it a little awkward.
Staff were incredibly friendly and fun. They did not pressure anyone to participate if they didn't want to. The food was delicious as well! The prices are high but not unexpectedly.
Our family of four was able to get everything we wanted, and take home a second meal due to the portion size. Everything was delicious, and prepared perfectly. Massive kudos to our chef, Rob, who was super entertaining and really took the time to make sure the kids at the table were noticed, and got what they needed. We'll be back, and I hope we have Rob again!
This was my first time to this location. I had been to the one in Cranberry several times before.
I took my nieces for the first time and they wanted to try sushi. I'm not all that well versed so the waitress was extremely helpful in making some selections for beginners. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. 5 different rolls and drinks ran just over $70 for 5 folks.
My only complaint was the temp. It was way too cold in there. I don't know why restaurants all have the AC cranked up so high.
This was my second visit, first one was during lunch hour when there was only outside dining or pick up and second for dinner. (Dine in).
Prices does increase between $5-$10 with larger portions after 3p.m.
Service is always great and so far, food quality, temperature and taste was good. Decor is nicely done and lighting is perfect.
Only reason I gave a 4 not 5 star was based on the cleanliness of the bathroom. Toilet seats were not wiped and toilet paper on floor. I stepped into 2 before choosing the 3rd stall.
Otherwise, not pertaining to the service or restaurant seating area, very good place to dine at.
I visited this Japanese steakhouse recently for dinner and had a solid experience. We waited about 15 minutes, which in my experience is a short wait for hibachi shows. The show itself was pretty standard, but the cook was enthusiastic. The food was quite tasty, and I appreciated that the restaurant was well decorated and clean. Overall, it's a good option for a Japanese steakhouse.
It was phenomenal! I had the emperor deluxe, chocolate mochi ice cream, tofu, a small salad and soup all of it was amazing. My grandmother who I treated to the meal had the chicken fried rice and regular chocolate ice cream. Not a single part of this would I do differently. It was very high quality and for all of that plus drinks it was only 72.23 it was very good and very reasonable.
Malaysia curry chicken not as expected, ramen is super. Robotic servicing is cool!
Never disappoints . love the atmosphere, food, drinks . Plenty of waiting space and optional seating .
My only complaint ever is the restroom floor is always sticky. Not slippery like oil but Sticky like juice spilled. Idon't get it this is the only floor in the entire place . Sinks toilets and tables restroom doors all are always clean . over all cleanliness is on par . I just uses the restroom before we go .
Love it here and the outside patio for nice weather is a plus
Really enjoyed this restaurant. Clean environment and all employees looks clean. Menu has a variety of dishes and combinations. We ordered few different rolls and fried rice, everything delicious and with decent size portions.
Not too many people apparently knew that they were open on Easter Sunday...most Asian restaurants are. Sushi was VERY GOOD!
Scallops are always good. Fun if the chef is good and has fun with the table. The salads are a small portion now.
