My husband and I went to Bruster’s today, in the hopes of being able to have a gender reveal cake created quickly for us. Although the cake we wanted could have taken a day or two, Erinn saw how excited we were and was able to create a custom cake for us same day!! Erinn had our baby’s gender in a concealed envelope and did an amazing job at ensuring we never knew the gender until we cut the cake. The cake tasted amazing and was beautiful inside and out. We couldn’t be more pleased with choosing Bruster’s for our gender reveal!!!

On our way home from WV was looking for any place that sold REAL ice cream - was pleasantly surprised to find this place as we went through Pittsburgh - the lady at the counter was so nice she let us try several flavors and made recommendations. It was so good I got three different kinds: coconut almond chocolate, chocolate raspberry and this Graham cracker ins that was amazing - she then filled up our water bottle for us and offered to put ice in - so sweet! I love the fact that they are open year Round!
This place is awesome because it's open year long. They have a variety of flavors and they have different ones daily. They make fresh cones, waffle and sugar. And they are amazing. I tried the wedding cake which truly tasted like wedding cake. It was an almond ice cream with raspberry swirled throughout it. The Graham central station is great! Graham cracker ice cream with chunks of Graham cracker and chocolate chunks and swirls. They also have days where if you bring your own banana you get half off of a banana split. Can't go wrong if you're an ice cream lover even when it's 15 degrees outside!
This place is great with homemade ice cream and cones. Service is always friendly and prices are fair. We come here several times a month. Highly recommend !

Great ice cream in all types of servings. Their Blast is a version and Much better than Dairy Queens Blizzard. More stuff in it.

The chocolate ice cream was delicious but out of 2 Turtle flavor double scoop waffle cones, there were 3 pecan halves and about a tablespoon of caramel.
I hope this isn't what we should expect going forward.
Great ice cream! I've eaten more White Raspberry Truffle ice cream on their freshmade waffle cones than I'd care to measure. Summer and winter... I love the stuff, and they're always staffed with helpful and friendly servers. It's a VERY clean and well run store too.
Awesome staff and service! With the quarantine, I had a difficult time finding an ice cream cake. This bruster’s did an outstanding job! They personalized the cake for me and even mixed in nestle crunch in with the ice cream per my request! Everyone said it was the best ice cream cake they have had! Can’t recommend them enough!
This is a really great ice cream shop. They offer cones, shakes, mixers, and sundaes. BYOB (bring your own banana) on Thursdays for a bargain on a banana split. Try their coffee flavored ice cream. You can take home pints and half gallons of your favorite flavors.
Three generations enjoyed ice cream cones and cups in a variety of flavors - and some with sprinkles yesterday evening. The staff was friendly and helpful and the ice cream was refreshing for this warmer than usual temperature. We'll definitely be coming back - probably tonight for "bring your own banana 1/2 price banana split" night. Smiles

Their workers are kind. They give free ice cream to your furry friends you bring with you. And their ice cream is delicious.
The only downside is that even if you aren't lactose intolerant, their ice cream will affect you. Guaranteed. Every. Time.
