The food is the best Chinese in Pittsburgh! As long as ambiance is not important, which it's not to me, this place is 5 stars. If decor is important to you then maybe you'd give it only 4. Update: still the best Chinese in the city!

Nice place for a quick cheap lunch. Good quality food too, I enjoyed my lunch without breaking the bank.

This place is consistently delicious and the folks who work here are the best. HKE2 has been my top go-to spot for lunch for two years now. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

My favorite family-run Chinese restaurant for fried rice house special!!!# In all the many years that I have frequented this restaurant, I've only had one bad experience where the meal just didn't taste right. I was too far to return the meal, so I don't know how they would have handled it.

I really miss working downtown, mostly because of the Singapore Rice Noodle. Best I ever had, hope they can open again in the future!

If you are looking for quick, cheap, and good Chinese food this is the place for you. I live downtown and the owner or their son gets my order to me in less than 30 min after calling.
