I haven’t met an employee at Dunkin’ Donuts. That hasn’t been very nice. They are all wonderful. I will go out of my way to visit a Dunkin’ Donuts then to go to a Starbucks. They even have a military discount.
This dunkin' donuts is somewhat hidden, but the service is always great. All the people working here are nice and speedy. I usually use the drive-through and love it every time. It's quick, and the service is always perfect!
One of the better ones in the city. There are some i avoid like Bloomfield and both Oakland locations, but I always feel confident that I'll get (at least relatively) fresh donuts and my coffee will taste the way it's supposed to. They very rarely run out of things.

I'm from NY and I am really not used to convenience stores closing at 9 PM, disappointing in this area, but understandable. I can't ding them for closing early if there is no sales after hours!

The woman who prepared my frozen coffee did it with love. Caramel just sweetly sliding down my throat with every sip made my ride so lovely. They nailed it at this location.
This is a very busy location, but the people are great so be nice to them. Pro Tip- If the drive through line is long, go inside. They will take care of you. Great location, friendly and efficient staff.
My last couple visits were through the drive thru and were wrong. They were short on popular donuts and gave me incorrect items. They fixed once I went inside.
Drive thru cashier wasn't the best, but the iced coffee was amazing 😍
I have had mixed experiences here, some good some not so good. Most recently, they had everything I was looking for and my coffee was made correctly. No complaints. The cashier gave me the best advice today, "check your sandwich before you leave." So I thought that was worth passing along.
