First time here. Stopped at 9 pm. Often going to a restaurant at that time you're made to feel rushed and the focus is on closing .Not here. The woman that waited on us was fabulous. Knowledgeable on all our questions. Patient , personable and I can't say enough about her. Our was out of this world. Still hot when we got home. The restaurant was spotless and nicely decorated.The only disappointment was they didn't have a salad bar. We will definitely be back. I also liked she didn't ask for a review!
I love this place so much so freaking good here Connecticut doesn't have Pizza Hut Stuffed Crust anymore I'm so glad there is still a badass Pizza Hut around thank you for making my night awesome much love to everyone that works here 🔥💯🖤🤘

This is my favorite PizzaHut location to order from. Karen is always super friendly and always has my orders ready for me as soon as I arrive! Couldn’t ask for better service. 10/10
The restaurant is always clean and the service is always fast. Unfortunately Pizza Hut is more expensive than other chains and sometimes is even more expensive than local places. If you specifically want a pizza hut pizza it's great, but if you just want a pizza in general you can get a better value elsewhere.
The pizza was hot and fresh!! Crust was just the right amount of crispy and fresh… the cheese bread was awesome and so delicious. Would recommend for delivery…
Food was excellent. Customer service was wonderful. We sat in the dining room after picking up our pizza and one of the employees brought our pizza to our table and went back to get us plates and napkins.

Getting harder to find a local Pizza Hut so discovering the Pittsfield store while on a business trip was a pleasant surprise. The young lady at the counter was happy and helpful. Brought the goods home and the family enjoyed thoroughly.
There was one single woman working alone and I actually complimented her on how awesome of a job she was doing by herself with that many people coming in and picking up orders. She was literally taking food out of the oven, packaging and using the register and was still in a good mood.
The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was incredibly clean. They obviously take pride in their work environment and that showed in both the physical space as well as the personal interactions I had with the staff. We will definitely be back!
