One of the best stacks I have ever had from Moe’s
Tremendous! This is our favorite Moe’s location for a variety of reasons: 1. Always clean! 2. Never mess up our orders 3. Food is always displayed tidily and presentable (for example, many other locations have food spilling from the sides or have clearly been sitting in their containers for hours).
The girl with the really pretty hazel eyes and freckles was so sweet and made sure that I didn’t wait too long even though I wasn’t in a hurry. Amazing customer service and such a sweetheart

Food is great, but employees don't shout Welcome to Moe's! They might mumble it for one out of every 10 groups that walk in the door. Pretty poor. I get that the workers are young, but that's what made this place popular in Henrietta. Yes the food is still good, but I have heard from others as well
Usually this location is pretty good. Tonight when I went out of my way to go to Moe's I arrived shortly before closing and the door was already locked. I normally try not to do this, but I couldn't get there any sooner. The website says it closes at 9, Google says 9, the sign on the door says 9pm,
I just ordered my food online and they had it ready in less than 15 minutes. And there was a huge line. The Moe's in Henrietta, N.Y. was a well oiled machine. Everyone was super friendly! And like I said they had it done faster than expected. I'll def be back
Food was delicious as always, although the chips didn't seem to have any salt on them which was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and gave a very unenthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's" when we walked in.
Just ate here last night and we had a great experience! The guys working were extremely friendly and had us laughing throughout our entire ordering process. The food was delicious and the queso is mouthwatering it's so delicious. Warm, gooey, cheesy, I couldn't get enough!
