It’s such a convenient location including drive thru. Employees very friendly and helpful.
we decided to stop in for some snacks and drinks while we were in the area and had a gift card to burn. the prices were great on some of the sugar pastries we wanted to purchase. we also inquired the guy at the front counter about some of the flavors that were available for the latte and decided to get one as well. there were no cars in the drive thru and when we were inside we saw them working fast to keep it clear as well.
Good coffee and tea shop with snacks. Very similar to anlther popular coffee chain. This place offers a larger variety of teas which is what I drink. I had Jasmine Dragon tea and it was good. My husband had a black coffe and he he enjoyed it. We also had a berry pastry and breakfast burrito that was heated up for us. The dining area was large and open. Customer service was okay.
Love love love. And it was dog friendly. Only thing I would say is be patient, they are training someone new.
Drive Thru...it is the closest CB&TL near me! I got bacon, egg, cheese English muffin, and a large Matcha cookies & cream ice blended! 🥰

I like the service and drinks but I feel that it needs to be remodeled a little inside other than that all good
Very nice crew, clean facility with clean washrooms! The cold brew I ordered was great! My sister and I were just hanging out while our elderly mother was at the hospital being treated, an employee (male, glasses with ponytail) approached us and offered us a sandwich that was mistakenly heated for another order. That sandwich came in handy for mom! Thanks for the great service!
I would’ve given it 5 stars but whoever made my drink didn’t make it with oatmilk and I have a dairy allergy so I’ve been putting up with it. Usually, they do really good but today, my stomach has been really upset after the latte.
The Vietnamese coffee had me really hyper and bouncing off the walls!

Some of the best customer service I've ever had from a "chain" cafe/restaurant. Recently ordered from Uber Eats and discovered an item missing, and instead I had a hand written apology note for the item out of stock, encouraging me to get a refund for the item on Uber Eats. Very professional and considerate customer service.
Customer service is extraordinary! Very friendly and they honor special requests with a smile. Coffee drinks are excellent! 🙂
