My experience at Placentia location was ok staff could be more friendly and pizza could be a bit more warmer.
Great pizzas everytime. We love the garlic breadsticks and personal pizza. Order was ready in 14 minutes. Not happy with the pasta, could have been better. No option for Alfredo sauce.
My kids like different toppings on their pizza. The staff has only gotten them wrong once and they quickly fixed it. No muss no fuss. I love their deep dish pizza.
I think the food has gotten pretty expensive, but the quality was fine. The service was ok when I went to pick it up, but the whole Covid hysteria hoax has caused this location (like a lot of other places) to be very sterile and unwelcoming. One of the cleanest restaurants that I've visited in a long time. I walked in to order a pizza to take home and was just in awe of the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. They have an open architecture, so you can see the kitchen and staff building your pie. Hat's off to the managers and owner of
I have been ordering from this location since I was in high school. I usually do delivery and the food always arrives on time, hot, and delicious. I usually end up having the same delivery driver and he always shows up with a smile. I've honestly never had an issue with this location.
I waited for my carryout pizza in the lobby after paying for it for over 10min after I called my order in about 20min before hand. Come to find out my order was sitting in the oven warmer the whole time.
Great customer service. Food was great! My family was able to enjoy their food, because the pizzas and garlic knots were still warm when we got them home! Amazingly the food maintained their heat, superb! Thanks PH!
