I came for donuts. I ordered 25 munchkin donut holes. When they asked what kind, I asked for an assorted variety. I expected a few of each, but they gave only 2 kinds and the most dry, boring ones at that. Extremely disappointed.
I'm getting really tired of paying for food here and not getting it in my bag. This is the second time I ordered something I didn't get it. I was missing hash browns and a muffin...I would like my money back please... and you guys almost forgot my coffee
Extremely rude. Wouldn’t make a coffee based on dietary restrictions. Actually refused it! Had couple of issues before at the Plainfield 59 location. Not going there again. Didn’t even get a coffee just left to a different dunkin (Naperville 75th) and they made the coffee no hassle no questions.
One of my favorite DD to stop by. Some lattes and cold brew taste watered down at some DD, but not here. Drinks normally taste very good! I occasionally get their bacon croissant which is tasty.
One of few Dunkin’ Donuts locations that still has good and quick service. I always stop here before work because I know I’ll make it to work in time. It’s best to order ahead with the app, too. Be sure to check their hours because they do close early sometimes.
Manager Nilesh is rough in taking order which makes this place not welcomed.
Honestly this is probably my favorite dunkin. The staff during the week in the AM is the best. So nice and kind!
Rude service. I walked in and ordered coffee and donut and the cashier was rude. Yelling at me like I'm def. Just unnecessary and NEVER AGAIN will I ever visit.
