A very well oiled machine, especially in the drive thru at lunch! Catering is always awesome too!! Always very pleasant and polite too!! Would highly recommend!!
The crew is always so nice and so fast but today they surpassed my expectations of a fast food restaurant. Not only did they have me in and out super quickly even tho the drive thru line almost wrapped around the building, but they forgot to hand me my son's drink so they young lady RAN AND MET ME AT THE STOP SIGN. So above and beyond and I could not appreciate it more.
7 mins flat to get through the line during a 12pm lunch rush! Which when I pulled up was wrapped around the building and started at the stopping leading into the planfied commons in front of Target. My order was taken with a smile & I was offered everything possible before I even had to think about asking for it. I have never had a negative exerience here. I love this location and will forever be a loyal customer.
Love going to Chick-fil-A, no matter which one you go to you get fast friendly service. I love that they stand behind their values of being closed on Sunday.

The employees were outside taking orders and a guy was stationed outside the drive through taking the orders to the cars. Amazing customer service!
The customer service at the Plainfield Chick-fil-a is amazing! Food is always hot and exactly what I ordered. I’ve even had an employee run missing food out to my vehicle after I drove off!!
Oh my goodness. Fastest service ever !!! I took out my money out of my purse when a young girl with a tray in her hand came up behind my cashier while my cashier gathers my change asks me if my name was Daisy. ...... My face was probably like a deer in headlights. "Uuuuuhhh yes" I replied. She said " would you like me to walk this to your table with you "? I'm like I'll take it now thank you with my voice breakin in disbelief looking at this big order on this tray. Set it down in front of me to grab my change from my cashier and cups. I was able to get my jaw back up after I said thank you and walked away to get condiments. It was busy. Very very busy but the outside is intimidating because the inside is very fast and I found a open table we where eating 2 minutes after we walked in and had time for my son to play. Rush hour saturday christmas weekend has nothing on this Chick-Fil-A. Great Restaurant amazing staff and service. �

AMAZING!! Thank you so very much for the GREAT service! With only a weeks notice, they offered to accommodate feeding 140 show choir kids so they had full belly’s on their way to State Competition!!! Thank you so very much!!!
The atmosphere was very pleasant. Nice music. Server's were very polite and ready to please. Everyone had a job and knew it. The food very fresh and tasty. I will be back.

Yesterday was crazy busy with the come back receipt but you wouldn't have known it from the staff! That place operates like a well oiled machine! Still polite, courteous and people who go out of their way to be helpful! As I was leaving I was blocked in by the drive through cars. Several cars were speeding through the lot and I couldn't get out, the drive thru attendant blocked traffic and directed me to pull out while trying to stop cars going around her! Clearly when she was interviewing did she know directing traffic would become part of the job, but she did it with grace! Thank you!

Amazing food. I go here alot, and never once have gotten a bad meal from here. The workers there are exceptional and the wait is never longer than 15-25 mins. Now with the sauce, I'm not the biggest fan because I don't like some of the stuff that's in it. But some people really like it, so it may just be a me thing.
Always a solid choice! Despite the ridiculously busy pace and huge crowd, they always handle it with extreme efficiency and the staff is never anything but kind, courteous and lightning quick. As always, the food is on point, hot and delicious. Even though the parking arrangement is terrible, it's worth the hassle.
We stopped by after looking at a house and were just a smidge early for lunch. They allowed us to order and just wait about 5 minutes for it to cook.
Being a huge fan of their nuggets, this time I opted for the chicken sandwich. I had forgotten just how good they are. Delicious! The volume of business they do just confirms that thought. At 10:20 in the morning, we were 5 cars back in a dual-lane drive through and they just kept coming in. Well done Chick-fil-A and thanks for all the good works you do in our community!
I ordered delivery from Chick-Fil-A yesterday. Yes, delivery which surprised me! The food arrived super fast and every bit of it was delicious! The chicken was juicy all around. More restaurants should take note of how Chick-Fil-A does things. They do everything right. Will order and eat again! Great job, Chick-Fil-A!
It is always so good to go to Chick-fil-A. It is always tasty, hot and ready, and you always have great customer service. I most always have the same meal because I know it will satisfy me and it is just enough food for me. I would recommend any Chick-fil-A because it is the best in the business.
