Just had a gentleman (I believe his name was John) deliver my pizza. Had me laughing as he was walking up to the door. Hope to see him again! Great service

We just had the BEST pizza delivery driver we have ever had from any pizza restaurant! In the past, I have had mixed feelings about our Plainfield Papa John's due to poor customer service, but I believe they are now headed in the right direction with better team members.

I had a pizza delivered this evening from store #0744 in Plainfield, IN & the delivery man was one of the nicest people I have met!!! You could tell he enjoyed his job! He made sure I was happy before he left & made sure to thank me for my business. He was the best delivery guy I have ever had & I hope his boss reads this & he gets a raise or promotion for his hard work! People like him are hard to come by in that type of business.
Low key our order from here sucked. We didn’t get nearly all we ordered and the dude manager sucked. However Abby was absolutely fabulous and is nearly single handily holding this location down. If anyone has who reads has control over compensation, she is the young lady who gets it. This location would get 0 stars if possible, however Abby is the real mvp and incredible.
