My husband purchased chicken last night. The lady in the drive thru expressed the chicken was freshly made; unfortunately, whwn he got home they were dried, over cooked, old. I tried calling several times, which someone keeps picking the phone up then hang up without saying hello.

I ORDERED WHITE MEAT AND THEY GAVE ME DARK MEAT. I DO NOT EAT DARK MEAT! I AM TRYING TO CALL THE STORE. I SAID SPICY AND WHITE MEAT ONLY. I AM CALLING THE STORE AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING

Food was cold. It is hit or miss. Guy at the window never says thank you. Never smiles. Might be a manager. Typical behavior there. Fries cold as heck. Please dont pull off until you check your order. Sometimes a spicy turns out to be mild

It’s Easter Sunday and I went to Popeyes in scotch plains at 9:00pm or so. The service was terrible…. Good food as always. Only problem was by they were having technical difficulties. Our mobile order disappeared and they could only take orders from the window instead of the drive up speaker. Made it a half hour drive through. Felt sorry for them.

Decided to give this branch a try. The cook had left for the night and despite the many advertisements of Shrimp baskets, they had stopped carrying them... why have the ads up if you stopped carrying the item? The lady at the drive through was polite though, hence the star, only for her!

They're usually pretty good. The drive thru line has been a bit slow for a while now. Last time I was here, I ordered cole slaw and they forgot to put it in the bag with the rest of my order. I know mistakes happen but individuals need to pay better attention.
