Went Thursday night for the Frank Family Vinyards wine dinner. It was outstanding to say the least!
The food was over the top delish., and wine was so good.
Servers were very attentive and management super friendly as always.
I have been coming to their Special dinner events for 5 years and they are always top notch!
Jose the manager only been there a short time but already knows us by name and is so so friendly, you can see that he really loves the business and seeing people happy.
Also I must mention Kathleen at the front desk, so so friendly and knows our names, really has gone out of her way to accommodate my sontimes changing reservations, for more people or less and she always steps up and get it done.
Even thought it’s a “ chain restaurant” they always make us feel like family.
Can’t wait for the Caymus Wine dinner end of the month 😋
Had a wonderful dining experience here. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they had confetti and a card on the table. It was a cozy both, very private and we were able to have a lot of laughs and enjoy our meal. Ivan been tonother Ruth Chris’ and my experience here was as good as any other. Service was attentive and prompt. Drinks were delicious. I ordered the 12oz marble ribeye , medium rare and it was cooked or perfection. My boyfriend had the lobster tail and filet. We ordered from the classic menu, which I had never seen before. So a starter, a side and a dessert came with out meal. It was a good deal for Ruth Chris. Always good for special occasions.
I never had a steak like I had here. When the waiter tells you the plate is hot that's one thing. But he didn't tell me the steak was so hot it took several minutes before I could eat it. Incredible! Can't wait to go back!
My wife & I had an outstanding meal. Calimari appitizer. My wife had a Caesar Salad & Lamb Chops. I had a Wedge Salad & Rib-Eye. Amazing! The staff was extremely attentive. We were there for our wedding anniversary. A great place to celebrate a special occasion!

This my first time at Ruth's Chris and it was Absolutely Amazing!! The staff was very friendly and very very helpful with in questions we had. The staff and the food was Absolutely Wonderful!. We will be definitely returning very soon!

Definitely a great restaurant for a date night. The atmosphere is very isolated and dark perfect for a romantic date. The food is sooo good, the mac and cheese with lobster is a must have. The drinks here are fantastic, I've never had a better Moscow Mule before. The steak is delicious, but of course it is, this is a real steak house. It's cool to hear the food plates sizzle as they come to you. The prices are high but this placeisn't too over board in its prices. Overall great place to eat, your taste buds will thank you!
My friends and I went to your Restaurant last year. I was very happy when the staff greeted me politely. I also observed that the food was very delicious and mouthwatering. It's was good. Personally, I think it's a once in a while, celebratory place to go eat at. Service is great food is good. The food selection is on constant rotation and change. A tad bit expensive. It's quite the adjustment if you're not used to higher class, dress code dinning. Otherwise, give it a shot. Not bad.
I ordered takeout at Ruth’s Chris about a month ago. Everything was great besides the steak not being very good and they were very pink in the middle despite ordering Medium Well and Well Done. Also had an issue with two transactions being placed on my card. However, the GM Jose handled the situation perfectly and was diligent in making sure my issues were solved! Great service.
My daughter and I received exceptional service tonight! The food was great as always and the Manager made our trip worthwhile! He was very attentive/accommodating by remembering I had a reservation the night prior and drove 35 min from home, but didn’t make it due to the inclement weather and the Governor’s executive order to close early due to Covid-19.

Gio and the girl with him were so wonderful for my birthday and they actually communicated because I never told her.... It was beyond beautiful. I will be back and will let all know how wonderful the entire staff was especially Gio. Much love 😍
