I love the food. Knowing that it is fresh ingredients and prepared onsite is a definite plus. The staff is attentive and fun. Many have been there for several years. Not all restaurants can maintain the wait staff. East Chuy's is doing something right.

Been eating at Chuy's since my college days at UT Austin... there is no better Tex-Mex! Always fresh, lots of variety, vegetarian options are tha bomb too! Most Mexican restaurants rice and beans are not vegetarian (flavor masked with poultry stock)...not here! Enchiladas and fajitas are favorite choices! Don't forget to ask for the Jalapeño Ranch to dip your chips in and for the adults, Mexican Martini is super special :-)

Can't love this place more. Try their hatch green chili salsa with chips...and of course, the margaritas (Big variety of frozen :) YUM!
Tortillas are to die for and the pork specials on the weekend are PHENOMENAL
