Review Napoli's - Plano

Pretty disattified with the service we had today, likely will not return. Lasagna was horrible was not even offered a discount! Took a whopping 2 bites!!!

Their food is AMAZING! A great place to eat dinner with the family.

We hardly go out anymore but decided to indulge in our fave pizza at Napoli's. So impressed with our service. Major shout out to London, our server, who was so pleasant and attentive in her service to us. Its so nice to see young adults with such a strong work ethic. Thank you!

I’ve driven by this restaurant many times, and I finally made it in. It’s family owned, and the interior is deceivingly nice when compared to the shopping center. The food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I had the lunch special, which comes with bread and salad. I would definitely try this place again. I’m interested in the pizza for the next time.

I ordered a Greek salad and tiramisu and was quoted 45min delivery time. It took almost 2 hours to get here and when I got it the salad looked nothing like the photo and was nothing special. The toms and cucumber were cut way too big to eat with just the fork that I was provided, I understand that a Greek salad is usually larger cuts but when all the other veg is bite sized you'd think they'd want a bit more consistency.. or at least provide a knife to slice them with. Also was not given any napkins. The tiramisu was also a bit past it's ideal shelf life. Nothing major but I won't be using their delivery service again. Always room for improvement tho no hard feelings guys

Such great prices! Food is extremely tasty I recommend the baked ziti! Only downside is when the server isn't out on the floor the doordash alarm rings eternally until someone finally comes out & it is extremely loud and obnoxious!

Good food. Had the deep dish cheese, it was not exactly like deep dish as I know it to be so I was a little surprised. But, it was very cheesy with a significant crust, very delicious.

It's soo pretty inside. Can't wait to have friends and family join me here for dinner and drinks some day. Oh and the food is delicious!!

We visited the brand new location at Independence and McDermott today. I loved the combo plate and the homemade bread. Thanks for having gluten free spaghetti for my wife. Only a 15-minute walk from our house; we'll be back!

We had chicken parmesean & Italian cream cake! Definitely recommend! It was very good and had super nice employees.

The Napoli's location in Plano is spot on. The owner was very friendly and the food was delicious.

This place is very good on customer service and the best pizza ever. The staff here are awesome they let you in even if you get there at 945pm and they close at 10am with the best service and a smile. Love this place will definitely go back.

Every time I come to Plano or the Dallas area I come here. Its worth the drive from Houston.

This place is excellent. Recently me, my mother and 2 younger children went here to Napoli's. The food was excellent and so was the customer service. Will definitely be coming back soon!
