As a Taiwanese American, I have the occasional cravings for Taiwanese food. It's just so comforting. And Taipei Station Cafe has the best fried pork chop over rice 🍚. It's my go-to Taiwanese dish. The portions are HUGE, at least for me. I also ordered popcorn chicken, because you can't NOT order this. And they no longer carry the Taiwanese cucumber appetizer as a standalone but they do include it with the fried tofu appetizer and the fried tofu is also good! This is a CASH only cafe so make sure you have enough cash on you prior to your visit. The waiting time for takeout did not take very long at all--I waited about 10 minutes but I did visit on a weekday evening around 4:30 so there wasn't a long wait in general. I was so happy with my meal, I'll be back soon! 🤩

Portion size are enormous! The server told us about the huge portion size but we still couldn’t resist and ordered tons. Tasted pretty great.

Cash only and take out only. Everything is pretty much $12-14 an order. The portions are huge. The beef noodles come with two huge chunks of beef however the soup and noodles are a miss. The rice noodle soup with tofu is our favorite item. The marinated chicken leg is our second favorite.
