Einstein Bros. Bagels - Plano - Photo album

I've been in without incident but today I watched as several customers got their orders before me and all I had was a bagel. I would have understood if they were call in orders or just drinks but each person that placed their order after I did had more to their order. And somehow...the food was cold

Chris saw us outside early before open hours, but kindly allowed us to order and get our foods and drinks. Very courteous and professional. Foods are all great as always... we're from Houston and always stop by here monthly when we come to Dallas. Thanks guys

Easy order ahead with the app. My only issue is that it is hard to see prices unless it is during open hours (the menu doesn't show prices, so you have to start an order, but you can't do that when they are closed). As far as the food itself, it is good. I particularly like the Nova lox.

Picked up my on-line order and talk about doom & gloom in the store. Lady at the register acted like she didn't want to be there. Really poor customer service. It would have been so helpful to know there's a table for pick up orders. Also- App is hard to use. Lack-luster experience overall 🤦
