Usually fast but not this time. I waited for seemingly no reason while two workers sat at the drive thru window with a bowl of literally just Taco meat. Nothing else. No idea what was happening but I was the only one in the place and took way to long to get my food. Also food was cold.

Bruh, this taco casa needs help. The food tasted weird and there wasn't much to it. My girlfriend got a bean burrito that was mostly tortilla and wrapper, and the super burrito wasn't super at all. I won't be going back any time soon which sucks... I really like taco casa.

I love taco casa but the Plano store at legacy is nasty. The food taste so bad. I wish they would get some people or cooks in there that are as good as the location on beltline rd garland. Because my favorite taco place is taco casa just not Plano.

Ordered 2 bean burritos one with cheese and one without. Barely no cheese in the burrito and the presentation of the burritos was disgusting, and food tasted awful. Hire people that can do the job, lady who took my order could barely speak English had to repeat my order several times. Will never go
