Never thought I’d be reviewing a Subway location, but this location has to be one of the worst. Cookies are hard, bread feels like it’s stale. Never had an experience as such in another location. They also didn’t follow what I asked for on my customizations. If I had the patience to call or email for a refund, I absolutely would. It was that bad.

Worst Subway ever. Convenient location - the man who is usually working is rude - every time I come here. He’s snarky with me because he’s not listening; made rude and accusing remarks when I picked up my online order later than I expected (or wanted) to. I kept coming because it’s an easy location on my daily commute - but I’m DONE. Today, he ignored me while he did other things; and was rude when he finally acknowledge I was there. If I could give -1 star, this location would get it.

This subway has the door open without the a/c on.... flies everywhere in and around the food! Are you kidding me management? To save money on electricity? You are not there your colleagues are and they are sweating. Solution: fire management and start over. Worst subway ever!!! Put a jersey mikes here. Pretty please!

Never going back. This is my nearest Subway, but after today, I am done. I waited on one person in front of me for 7 min. as he was ordering 3 footlings, and there was only one person working;. When it was finally my turn, I was told they had no more tuna! How can that be? It was 6p in the evening - poor management! The last time I was there, there was not the usual amount of tuna, it as very scant and the spinach and lettuce were limp and warm, the tomatoes were hard and the bread was not fresh. The customer service is almost non-existent.

I like the subs but the service is not good. I ordered online and went to pick up but their online order printer broke down and I had to call the manager to get my order. This is a second time in last 1 week I had problems with employees filling my order; they were rude by just walking away and saying that I cancel my order and do another one. I didn't even know how I can cancel the order since I already paid online. I will be visiting Pizza hut nearby instead more often because of this experience.

Horrific product and service. Paid for 2 subs, both deluxe meat. What I got was less than what I would normally get for standard meat. Roll sliced all the way through, so when you try to eat, you leave a salad behind. Missing toppings.... when sliced in half, they missed and only sliced half and tore the other half about 3 inches from the slice. The second sub, they did not have the meatballs... when my girlfriend chose another sub, the employee started arguing with her. She also did not receive deluxe meat. This was all paid for with the app and obviously was not ready for pickup at the designated time. Avoid this store like your life depended on it. My response from Subway Customer Care was.... sorry. That's it! Looks like I'm done with all Subways henceforth.

Ordered a 6' turkey on wheat, bread was toast so hard and crunchy it was not eatable, I called and spoke to the manager, and I must say he was professional apologize and offered to refund my money, gave three stars⭐⭐⭐because I didn't have lunch and really wanted subway😊
