@Subway help me understand why Blanca (your employe) has an attitude with us? It’s seem that maybe our order interrupted her call, man she loud on the call. My daughter wanted me to waste my money here but the service is trash and the food is okay.
Let’s not even talk about how dirty this place is from bathroom to lobby. Is there not a pandemic going on?
Lastly Blanca actually expected a tip. 😎🤪🙁🧐

Subways is great place to eat when you desire healthy food 😋 and it still taste good, but my only problem here they did not take the coupon that was for Subways and it forced me to drive to another Subways that did. It was inconvenient to do so. That's why it was given a 3 star 🌟 all the stores should be on the same page.

Terrible and simply terrible. Untrained girl working on the front. Adding too little of a quantity of every topping. When the other team member Adan was notified about it, he played a mind game with us. At the end he said you can have only 4 out of the 8 sauces on your sandwich. Unbelievable.
He was more interested in telling us how great of a trainer he is for his kid like employee than admitting the fact that the little girl working there was in fact untrained. Come on owner. Sell your subway and do something else.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Walked in and they didn’t have our food in the to-go bin. It was ready but on the counter behind them. After a 5 min wait in the store I kindly interrupted the employee making in-store customer sandwiches about my online order. When we arrived home, they DID NOT toast my flatbread sandwich and did not add my wife’s salad dressing to her salad, yes it was completely dry. NOT to my surprise, she found a hair in her salad from the current employee working because they did not have gloves or hairnets on while I was in the store. DO NOT GO HERE

Very disrespectful and inconvenient. I went there with my brother and father to use a coupon that was sent in the mail for two footlongs. As me and my brother went to the lady working there and asked if we could use it there, she only looked at it for a second and rudely brushed us off saying “WE DONT TAKE THAT” and not even bothering to explain to us. She was sassy and impatient when me and my brother were trying to be polite. When we asked the young man (probably her son based on how they interacted with each other) to change our sandwiches to 6inches, she laughed at as and tried to make him give us a foot long instead. After we got done ordering, my brother tried asking the guy to look at our coupon and tell us why we can’t use it here, And the lady who was helping a young couple who walked down with their orders, Tried yelling from across the room “we don’t take coupons” to her son, and he looked confused. He then showed us some coupons that were used apparently and said that those were the ones that they use in the ones we have are usable at this location. At least that guy was trying to be more polite and help us understand instead of the woman being rude and ignorant. I’ve seen multiple negative comments about the subway and many of them were people expressing they are frustration and poor encounters with the workers here, and at least three other people complained about the coupons problem and people always had something to say about the lady working there showing to me that the customer service is a big problem here. I recommend going to any other subway in Plano or going to the chipotle or Taco Bell nearby if you’re really hungry.

I am writing this because this is not the first time I have received poor service from this particular location, but today was a show stopper. Tell me why they stopped serving me to take care of someone that came after me. The young man who tried to ring me up was told; "she can wait" - meaning ME! When I asked why I was rudely given my marching orders; "you can go if you want to" WOW!
Please go next door and get yourself a chipotle instead of this insolence.

I've never once gotten delivery from this location and it be correct. Either the sandwich is not prepared correctly or they just flat out leave items out and still charge you. When I called the store to have it corrected the manager laughed at me and then hung up. I will never give this store my business again. Do not eat here!

I came to order a sub at this subway. It was a hispanic lady who was making my sub. I asked for a tuna. She didnt change her gloves after helping a previous customer. And she proceeded to use those same gloves to scoop the tuna from the tuna container and spread it on the sandwich using those same gloves. Then i asked her to make me another sub because i witnessed that. She gets upset with me and calls me names in spanish and said i should have requested her to get new gloves. She then proceeded to scoop that same tuna and she put it back into the tuna container with the same old gloves until she changed them after i asked. I do not know who the manager is of this location but if it was my subway and an employee did that, and they are preparing food. they are probably getting fired or retrained. I never seen someone scoop tuna with their hands or even with gloves on it. They us the knife or tool they are suppose to use to scoop it. This happened during the morning shift on Weds 2/2/2022
