I LOVE me some Schlotzkys Deluxe Original on sourdough. This location (in Plano, TX at Spring Creek and US 75, by Lowe's) was very clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful!
Everything is super clean. All employees are masked, polite and quick!
But how on earth does someone work here all day and NOT eat all the cinnabuns?!

Outstanding fiesta chicken sandwich, perfect with jalapeño chips, and I LOVED the peach mango unsweet tea!! Very refreshing!!
If you take "to-go" and are given a brown bag, then better check what is inside. Mine had different size and kind, but I only discovered it when I was far away 😣.
You can get a variety of sandwiches at Schkotzsky's with their great bread, and other foods I've never eaten. Cinnabon - tried them once and didn't like them. Service is great, some employees I recognize as being there for years.
DT Line was a bit long. (Superbowl?) Service was a little slow, but not crazy. Sandwiches were good per normal.
Basically the cashier wouldn’t scan my app. Told me I would have to, got home and tried to enter receipt. No receipt number not barcode. Called restaurant. Was told sorry we can’t look up your receipt. So I didn’t earn any points. Will never go to THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
