I go to this Schlotzsky's location every few weeks, not just for the high quality of the food or the cleanliness, but for the manager Emma. She's an absolutely lovely human being. When you walk into the establishment, she initiates a completely different atmosphere than 99% of other restaurants. She's friendly, inviting, helpful, and such a pleasure to speak with every time I go to this location. There's actually a Schlotzsky's closer to my home and yet I drive the extra distance because of the environment Emma creates. Not only does her bubbly personality uplift customers, but it's VERY apparent that she emits that positive attitude onto all of her coworkers. Everyone employee seems genuinely happy to work there, which I've never encountered at another restaurant, and dedicate to Emma's radiance. One example of how Emma goes above & beyond to take care of guests is that one time I was telling her about my difficulties with ordering ahead, and she said, "Oh, just call the store before coming in! I'll happily take your order over the phone!" which was such a shock to me since most customer service employees would never offer such a thing so genuinely. I typically never feel the urge to review a restaurant, so please understand that I'm not sharing this information lightly. If I personally could award her with employee of the decade, I would.

Everything is super clean. All employees are masked, polite and quick! But how on earth does someone work here all day and NOT eat all the cinnabuns?! It smells amazing!

DT Line was a bit long. (Superbowl?) Service was a little slow, but not crazy. Sandwiches were good per normal.
