Arrived to new interior. Brighter and more minimalist. Feels more open. Bench seating not comfortable. Chairs and tables not clean. Floor needs attention. Bathrooms ok.
Grab and go is pretty much GONE so no impulse sandwiches or salad or fruit power pack. Was a go to item for me.

For a while. The service was sort of blasé, but they are really stepping up their game and letting you know they appreciate you as a customer. I enjoyed my coffee and the sitting space.
This Starbucks is kind of a mess. It’s very inconsistent. Some days you can’t even order through the app. An employee even parked their car in front of the drive thru menu at one point to prevent drive thru orders (yet online drive thru ordering was still an option).
The Barista, (I wasn't able to get her name😟) was phenomenal kind! It was quick, efficient, AND delicious! I rarely go to Starbucks anymore because I kicked coffee however we swung by on a whim for my son and with it being his first frappe ever, they couldn't have done a better job!

Every time we roll through, every person working the window is so polite, helpful and cheery. Wonderful experience with a great staff every time (that's what she said).
I’ve gotten 5 bad coffees in a row from this location. Go to Mudleaf. It’s a 2 minute drive to the west and they have amazing coffee.
Not one to write reviews but this is the second time I've asked for light ice and gotten extra? Like 2/3rds of my drink was ice. First time was at the other starbucks on Custer. It even says light ice on the label. Like, do they do it on purpose for fun? I was done drinking it by the time I got home
SO tired of Starbucks cups…. Whenever I order coffee it leaks all down the seam of the cup. This time it leaked so much it was dripping off the bottom making a huge mess.
This doesn’t happen to me when I go to local places. Hopefully Starbucks in all their revenue can figure it out.
