First time here and it felt like home. Met a friend here at the bar before dinner and had great service from the bartender. She was great and very sweet. It was Saturday afternoon she's there every weekend. (Forgot her name) Food was delicious and the chef was very funny and entertaining. Will he back soon.

Our experience was amazing. It was my wife's first time there and she loved it. Our server Anthony was spectacular and did amazing to cater to other guests that seemed difficult! Everything came out quickly and fresh. We got the hibachi and it was well worth the price. I was actually surprised it wasn't more money. We both really loved the sushi appetizer and the ginger sauce with the food. The soup that came with the meal was so good!! We will be back soon!

I am not a sushi person so I was deliberate in choosing something with all cooked elements. Celebrating a birthday, I ordered the Tokio Roll but as it was late in the evening; I knew I wouldn't be able to eat all of a sushi roll let alone a hibachi meal. I can confess that after 2 days and 8 minutes in an air fryer for reheat, it still was good! I didn't need the extra yum-yum sauce that they pack for take-home. As a person with a "geographic" tongue (stoosh for I don't eat everything), this is my official go-to. Thats an Apple Martini in the back 😁

5 yrs living in the area and never noticed this place, we came in for lunch but we sat on a regular table, I don’t give 5 starts just because on the sushi 🍣 I felt it was not fully refrigerated/ fresh fresh the tuna was warm and didn’t like it other than that the mushrooms soup was delicious (very similar taste to Benihana)looking forward to come back to try the hibachi table …

My dining experiences at this restaurant have consistently been delightful. I find myself drawn to their steak and shrimp hibachi, although the chicken and shrimp hibachi are equally appealing. The soup and salad appetizer add a lovely touch to the meal. While the food and service shine, there's an opportunity for enhancement in the restaurant's ambiance. Nevertheless, it remains a noteworthy choice for a satisfying meal, and I look forward to revisiting for their exceptional hibachi dishes.

Hibachi dining - birthday lunch for the wifey. We had a party of 4 was seated very quickly at our hibachi table. We did share the table with 1 other party but we were all seated together and it was not awkward. Our server was knowledgeable and offered lots of suggestions and upsales… For drinks I ordered the hot sake and hot teaI enjoyed it. The wifey ordered the Tokio drink. It was properly made and sufficiently strong. For our meal we ordered the Tokio roll in addition to the hibichi entree. The Tokio roll was served with a spicy creamy sauce and eel sauce. Both sauces were delicious and the roll tasted good with both of them. I had the hibachi steak and chicken the steak was cooked medium and was very flavorful! The chicken was also cooked well and was very flavorful. They always give you a generous portion and I always look forward to my left overs… Allergy note: make sure to tell the hibachi chef that there is allergies at the table so they can cook the dishes separately.

Great food and customer service they’re a bit pricey but so is everywhere else. Me and my husband got the hibachi steak very flavorful and juicy the rice was very moist and seasoned it comes with veggies with a side of soup or salad. You have the option of dining in or take out of course we got take out but if you dine in you can have your hibachi made in front of you. They have a professional Japanese sushi chef who prepares your order fresh which makes a difference.

Place was good when for my daughter’s birthday. Food was good the prices definitely went up .. pretty much just like everywhere else. Server was very good and attentive. Fans blowing directly on us was a bit annoying.

We have been going here for many years we had kind of stopped going for a while because they were in need of a facelift and it didn’t feel quite clean. We were very happy when we went in this time they have undergone a remodel and everything is nice and clean and new. I took my daughter and her boyfriend. We all had the hibachi chicken that came with soup, salad, shrimp appetizer and the entrée. Everything was delicious and the chef put on an entertaining show. Definitely an experience more than a dinner which was really fun. The cleaning up of the table took longer than it should’ve and was very messy. We were also given the wrong check and had to ask for the correct check which was brought to us. So for those reasons I takeoff one star but definitely recommend you check it out if you want dinner and a show.

We very much enjoyed our experience at the Japan Inn…including my young grandchildren. The service was good, food was excellent and our chef was a lot of fun. He entertained the kids and made us a great meal. Pricey, but perfect for a special occasion.

I loved loved loved the hibachi experience. Giving 4 star because the quality can be better. Quantity is fantastic. We chose hibachi over ala carte and the chef put quite a show- from juggling with spoons to firing the hibachi. I recommend it very much .

Japan inn is always great food and atmosphere. Scallops, shrimp, steak hibachi, miso soup, all excellently prepared and delicious. Pricing is respectable too.
