When I visited, the internet was down and I did not have cash. After several unsuccessful attempts to swipe my card, the manager handed me the food. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely return because the customer service was also top-notch!
I tried out the franchise that's located in the Broward Mall and it did not disappoint.
The cheese steak was great as always. I ordered the original Philly cheese steak, with all toppings. Yum! The bread was nice and soft, and everything tasted so fresh (sweet tea included). Staff was friendly and
usually i don’t have a problem with this place but today i am slightly upset. i made sure my order had no pickles but once i receive it, it had pickles. second, the app said my food would be delivered in an hour. fine, no problem that’s why i ordered when i did. it wound up taking 1 hour and 30 min
I went in as they where closing and I mean just a few minutes before the mall closed (basically closed) and my experience I had was superb. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph that where closing up on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start employees!!!!! They deserve a raise for sure!!!! Even though

I'm a vegetarian and I eat at this Charleys at least twice a month. (They have a great veggie sandwich.) The service is several notches above what I've come to expect in "fast food" places. The food is always hot and tasty. Never a negative experience. We usually go to the mall just to eat at Char
Friendly staff good food and very fast cooking got my order in less then 5 minutes.

Charley's Philly steaks is some of the best Philly steaks I've ever had in my life. I am 57 years old and I've ate a lot of Philly steaks and this is up on the top. My only complaint is they started a new Rewards program with an app it is not real friendly to the consumer. You get one point per doll
This particular Charley's (8000 W Broward Blvd FC-12, Plantation, FL 33388) is inside of the Broward mall, in the food court, so it does not have their full menu that you would see at the franchise. No chicken wings 😢
But, I love Charley's. Especially their chicken wings 😋

I don't usually write reviews but this place is amazing. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and it rocked. The bread is great, not the cheap stuff you get at other places. Love the presentation; messy but with a simple fold, you have yourself an unbelievable sub. Thanks!
Charlie's is about the best cheese steak around. (I believe their only major competition is JBs). They always serve a mouthwatering sub the way YOU like it!
It's my understanding (haven't tried it yet) that the chicken cheese steak is just as good.
