It was standard McDonald's food. The only downfall was that we had to wait for our food for about 18 min for 3 meals. They had us pull aside and we waited about 10 min, then we went inside to check on the status. They told us it was going to be out in 2 min. Almost 10 more min we waited to get back our food.
Otherwise it was your standard McDonald's quality.
They need to put someone on the register with a pleasant personality. I asked about the ice drinks and she just started at me and said nothing. Should probably try Cookout next door.
Really nice updated interior, there are outlets all over the place if you need to charge up. I’m always looking for places to relax and charge my EUC along my routes. This was a great spot with a good atmosphere to refuel my stomach as well as my wheel. The staff were pretty friendly.
The service was great. Very friendly staff. But the drive thru was backed up for a bit.
Good price and is better known with the app free stuff
It's a busy McDonald's, but that's how you get fresher fries! I use the pickup option a lot. Using the app to get rewards, this is my go-to McDs.
One downside is exiting and turning left to the intersection. Luckily, I don't think it's not much of a problem.

It's decent. A good McDonald's as far as McDonald's goes...
But, might as well go to Jakes Wayback to get much better quality food for the same price.
Once again Giovanni's came through with another awesome dinner if anyone likes spice definitely go with the Mexican pizza you will not regret it thank you so much again Giovanni's

Food was pretty standard. the drive thru lane was insanely long so we went indoors and were one of maybe 3 parties seated to eat. The staff was absolutely slammed.
One of the better McDonald's, smaller restaurant then the other McDonald's in Southington and a besides being on Meriden Waterburu turnpike, it's a ways out from any highway exits making the traffic to this McDonald's mostly locals who live in the area or prefer to drive here over Cheshire McDonald's for whatever reason they have. But my reason would be that they rarely get your order wrong and their employees are usually friendly, be sure to tip Nancy if you're ever here, she has been working here for 20 years and rarely is appreciated by the corporation though she is a kind, loving staple of this store and will always call you by name once she learns your name to do so.
Consistently great food, especially breakfast at great prices. Best McDonald’s in the state!
Fries that day and my meal toooo hot I burn my tounge lol but tour it all up and could not move after that lol it was so good
