Terrible, the lady behind the counter just stared at me without even asking can I help you and then would not accept the coupon that expired a few days ago knowing that there's coupons all the time, why even have an expiration.
IT WAS ONLY A 6" SUB, take the coupon and keep my business but no, done with SUBWAY.

I rarely review any stores, but this store has gone down the hill, I went to get my chicken sandwich, the bread was old, chicken kind of smelly, not going bad, if something is not broke why fix it?,the guy next door told me there’s new management, well they suck, seems like the old management/owner were doing wayyyyyy better

No greetings or smile; the person working there was literally counting the tomatoes and cucumbers slices he was adding.
I still believe for a veggie sandwich ( no meat, no veggie Patti) they shouldnt charge 1.5$ for half the avacoda that they add.
3 stars because we overall like subway subs

I usually come here before heading to work. Each time, I'm greeted with the same employee, little hard to understand but she's super nice. Customer service is good and it's usually not too busy there, but it seems like they only have one employee working there most of the day.

I have been coming to this Subway for 2 years while I wait for my haircut next door. When I went in today I ordered my usual Italian BMT but without ham add turkey. The lady said it would be more money. However for the last 2 years it wasn't more nor do any other subways charge more.
The food was good but I won't return here since they will charge me more.

2360 monument Blvd pleasant hill. Every time visit this store I meet a tiny a employee she very very nice person and I looked at her a name tag she's name is Leizel and she was great a customer service and she's so cute
