Amazing ice cream cakes! We are very pleased with how great our cake turned out. We got a layer of marble cake and a layer of chocolate ice cream. By far the best tasting ice cream cake ive ever had and it was perfectly decorated for our theme!
Will be back for more birthday and celebration cakes!

Got a love all the unique flavors and ice cream cakes at over-the-top in Pleasant Hill. My personal favorite has it how do you get a second mini scoop on top of every ice cream cone so you can try a new flavor. There are never any pictures because my kids eat it so fast!
Fast friendly service. Great ice cream with a big selection of flavors. I like the small "topper" (sample) they put on top of your ice cream.
Super fun experience. My only complaints were a couple of scoops in my sampler were all that tasty and the chocolate used on the waffle bowl melted all over me and didn't taste that good.

Best hard icecream in the Des Moines area. Love the topper scoop. Very unique. Definitely must try the flavor of the month. It is always interesting. Outside seating available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
I ice cream is excellent i thought it was a little expensive but everything is welcome to inflation went through drive up it was really slow the place is really clean in and out
