Sabio On Main - Pleasanton - Photo album

My husband and I wanted to try something different but have a course sit down for our 15 year anniversary. When searching Sabio popped up, so I scheduled reservations. I followed up with an email just to let them know what we were celebrating. To my surprise I was emailed back right away, and was gi
We celebrated our friend's birthday, everyone went with 5 course. Weekend we went their menu changed to Cosmo, it was perfect, it was to everyone's liking, plus we all got to share each other's course choice. Prepare yourself for exquisite menu, my suggestion would be have lite lunch, it's a lot of
What an awesome experience!!! Had my birthday dinner and would highly recommend it! They even had a card wishing me a happy bday. Our server Ruben was fantastic and attentive but not overly there, he knew exactly when to come. We had the 5 course meal each and I have to say that there was more food
Sabio on Main provides three course and five course prix fixe meals, and I was craving a nice night out. My husband had the peaches and cream donuts with almond sugar, stewed peaches, and peach pit bavarois, which I had one bite of that was enough to declare it possibly the best of the dishes of th
My friend invited me to this place to celebrate my birthday. I was amazed with the service, as I was seated at the booth upon my request. The server was really kind and friendly. He brought water, and throughout he served water making sure our glass was not empty. He explained the menu to me as an A
Creative food with fresh ingredients, great wine list. Cauliflower soup was good. Some items even though creative, just didn't come together. Desserts were excellent
Another great Yelp Elite event, courtesy of Amanda! Located in Downtown Pleasanton, this is a great bar/restaurant with some amazing appetizers! We were hosted with a wine, champagne pairing with four delicious samplings of their menu: 1. Strawberry gazpacho 2. Meatballs, 3. white chocolate b
Sabio offers an exceptional culinary experience, that's combined with outstanding service and knowledgeable staff. Their cocktails and wine list are superb as well! *Pictures are from their Sunflower menu 5-course dinner. Special shout-out to Samantha, all your recommendations rocked! ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
Wonderful restaurant. We had a well-curated 10-course tasting menu (plus a cheese plate!) with wine pairing. The food was unique and clever, delicious and beautifully plated. The ambiance was also very nice with its wood cutouts and warm lighting. If I had one very minor complaint it would be that a
Iโ€™m really sorry I didnโ€™t take any pictures but we actually started out just going for appetizers and happy hour, we had fabulous happy hour, wine, Xquisite oysters, and then I have the truffle grilled cheese, which was fabulous! I was getting too full to really have a full dinner, but the three in
Kevin was a fantastic server. The wild mushrooms were the same ones I would find when mushroom hunting back in Michigan, Sabio chefs just knew how to cook them better than me. The atmosphere was a little bright and more casual than what I would expect from an upscale place serving multi course dinne
Amazing place, I am really picky and donโ€™t usually write reviews but this restaurant has exceeded my expectations by very far. The price is reasonable for the quality for food they provide. I will come back again and again.
Super wowโ€™ed! We dropped in on a whim while passing through the area and am so glad we did! The menu rotates seasonally and is phenomenal for brunch (and we hear even better for dinner.). Everything looked so good it was difficult to choose. They have quality ingredients and careful care and atte
Tasting menu $89. Not bad for a 13 course dinner. I was full even before the last course. Think that the price could've been a little less for the portions that were given, but it was still worth it. Most of the courses were unique and cooked perfectly. Starting off with the clean oysters was aweso
Limited Menu for Brunch. It's not well thought of... neither Breakfast nor Lunch! Appetizer are mostly drink side orders... even during Brunch... Raw Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail ๐Ÿน Egg Benedict was good... Hamburger meat was good quality. Food is good but Brunch Menu is not good selection.
$1 raw oyster for happy hour makes us really happy! The sangria is ok with too much ice and diluted with ice, but the cocktails are much better.
Three dinner courses, which is good, $45 for the regular course, and wagyu need to be added $70. If you have enough time, I recommend you choose the five courses menu.
