Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plymouth Meeting - Photo album

This chipotle only escaped a one star rating because the staff was friendly. The entrance door from the mall was locked so we had to go outside to enter. Before we could even place our order, they told us they were out of lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. A quick look at the prep table was scary.

This is the AO Chipotle not PM. They are always "all out" of ingredients. Today they were out of steak, lettuce, onions/peppers, and last time I came to try the pollo asada and they were all out. Bad management? This is a constant at this location. Get it right plymouth meeting.

Spent 4 dollars on guacamole and got barely any. Left chunks of onion in dish. Rice was barely cooked. Peppers aren’t cooked.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude, they are always out of salad dressing, I will not be going back, I would not recommend going here if I could give 0 stars I would

Went to walk in at 7:53 with my pregnant starving wife and they said they were closed…even though they close at 8pm. Since they didn’t want my business during their normal hours now I won’t go there again. Thanks chipotle :)

No lettuce on my bowl, thanks guys. Food was just sitting out on a counter probably since 2 minutes after placing my order. There’s no parking close to the store, no designated online pickup spots, but that doesn’t stop employees from parking their Honda Accords in the fire lane to shoot the breeze.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever gone too. Like look at this bowl.. barely any lettuce. I ordered online for a steak keto bowl. Never coming back to this location. Any they are a mess.

Honestly, this has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They don’t make your food in front of you, they’re only taking online orders but you can still sit inside the dining area. It’s almost like there isn’t any leadership team there… it’s a bunch of kids working and the food is terrible.
