Amazing staff. This location gets tons of orders and stays busy but they manage to crank everything out on time and do it with a smile on their face. I'm always bummed when I see customers forgetting to say thank you and taking their great service for granted. They have to do so much more per order
Very friendly and great service. Manager is a little bit of a stiff shirt.. Stating rules that are not posted at either door. The patio feature is amazing and gives you to experience Panera without being confined indoors.
The staff at Panera are always friendly, courteous, and quick. They are very patient helping patrons with the menu options. The unlimited coffee plan brings me in there 4-5 times a week.

Ordered online curbside pick up for 1:05pm, parked out front and called at 1:10pm, told someone would be out shortly. Had to walk in 15 minutes later only to find my order sitting at the front counter, not even warm. No explanation or apology from staff. All set with this place.
Always perfect and fresh food, the French bread is highly delightful and delicious high recommend Panera bread if you want to eat healthy, their food is fresh and delicious and the staff and employees are nice
I frequent Panera at Colony Place a few times a week and I must say they are the most professional group of employees in the food industry that I have come across. Every customer is their most important one! Well worth it (and the food is to die for)!
