Fantastic service on a catering order! I know Panera has struggled with staffing issues like every other business, but this was definitely a 5 star day for them! I placed an order for a group of 8 people online a few hours earlier in the day to be picked up between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. The order was ready by 5:40 p.m. perfectly fulfilled and bagged with all the utensils needed. It was a relief to me that the order was ready on time and a delight to the group of hungry volunteers waiting for dinner.

Staff were super polite and even busy with another customer, she addressed me and told me she would be with me in just a minute, she didn't ignore me until she was done with the customer in front of me which I was very impressed with so I would rate this stores customer service top rating! I had to go to another counter and that staff addressed me right away and told me it would be just a minute, which I appreciated that respect and Great customer service. I rated a 4 cause the order took a little longer than normal but things happen and it's understandable. I would definitely go back to this restaurant and dine in or order takeout/delivery and give them my business!
Great place to get a quick bite!! The lemon drop cookies ARE AMAZING!! This has got to be one of my top favorite places to eat!! The staff does a great job too! My only small complaint is that they should be more on top of keeping the tables wiped down . Despite that , I’ve been to a lot of the Paneras around and I like this one the best!!
I love this panera, everyone that I've incountered is very nice. But today I found plastic in my Mac and cheese! I gave them a call and the manager was extremely nice and very helpful over the phone. I'm not mad about the situation because things like this do happen unexpectedly, I appreciate how hard they work to make their customers happy.
I will still be going back!
I got a cheese soufflé for breakfast and they just threw it in the bag. no box no container no paper sleeve nothing. literally just put the soufflé in the bag. I only realized because I went to grab it and my finger went through the top of it. weird. soufflé was fine otherwise besides having a hole in it from my thumb. a little hard to cut through I ended up just using my hands and ripping off pieces.
