Follow-up from nameless “customer support” appears to care about negative reviews, which is reasonable. I thought about my 2 star experience, & realized that I misjudged — while Caribou Coffee is not for me, the Star rating should be more objective; therefore, I changed it to Five Stars since CBOU is here to make $ for investors. The limited selection, cheap cups, and watered-down milk fits that profile — “5 stars!”

For dine-in, asked for a sml light roast, “yessir”, and received small Skol roast, a very dark “medium”, in a low- quality cup, which deforms like a sponge, spilling my first sips. $2+ sml milk for 2yr old comes packed in ice, like a fountain drink, presumably to save money (& pass the expense to us). Interesting to try Caribou for our first time in MN, but obviously operating like a Walmart coffee depot.
This is my absolute FAVORITE Caribou. The staff is amazing! Even if I occasionally prefer Starbucks drinks, I still almost always go to this Caribou instead, mostly because of the employees. Debbie, one of the baristas, greets me by my first name, every time I walk in, genuinely cares about my life and always knows my order or suggests something new if I am bored with my drink! I 100% recommend this Caribou over all of the surrounding ones :)
Impulse visit brought me here today. My husband's work had some unexpected free time so I met him for a delicious milk chocolate mocha. Not busy at mid- morning. There was a tall fireplace you can walk all the way around, and sit. That was wonderful and cozy.

I love going here after work to enjoy a nice conversation with my friends around the big fireplace in the winter time or outside in the summertime!

Caribou makes the BEST Hot Chocolate and I order it almost every time I’m there. They also make a really good ice-tea, lucky for me I since I’m not the biggest “coffee-lover”.
I’m gonna miss it SO much when I leave this place.
Love this caribou location. My office will order coffee at least 2-3 times a month. Other locations would not accept over the phone orders. But this location does! And the staff is so helpful snd friendly.
