Ordered pizza online. Arrived at store to pick up and door was locked. Called and no answer. Good thing I did not pay ahead of time. Sounds like I wouldn't get my money back according to other reviews I read. Disappointing as I order from this Pizza Hut often.

Ordered for delivery and got a confirmation that it was going to be delivered 4 hours later at 10:30pm… not acceptable for when you are ordering for dinner.
